Wanted to try another Mexican food truck in Bellingham and unfortunately the Chihuahua Taco Truck did not meet the mark. Ordered a carnitas burrito with cheese and extra salsa. Was told the extra salsa would cost extra. No worries, and proceeded with the order. Upon opening my plastic bag, my burrito only had two salsa plastic caps (I didn't receive the extras that I paid for, I should have checked). If there was any bacteria in my burrito I think the one beer I had killed it, as I also didn’t feel great the next day, but not as bad as my poor daughters. There are many options at Trackside, but I recommend eating ahead of time, especially if you have a fear of yellow jackets.
