AB Crepes — Restaurant in Bellingham

Today I was really disappointed w/ AB Crepes My daughter & I have been loyal customers since they came to town The staff has always been great-until today We had gotten one of the dealsavers & I didn't notice but apparently it has expired the previous day-I wasn't actually hungry but rather I was going to just take mine home since the dealsaver was adequate for 2 & eat the second later. I had sent my daughter in to get the crepes as we get pretty much the same thing every time but not only does the girl fail to mention it expired but she ordered the food then came back to finish w/ my daughter over 5 minutes later after the order had been placed to let her know that it was expired-making it too late to cancel the order Had she actually told my daughter prior to ordering the crepe & then leaving the till to run food out & do not sure what else-my daughter would have just ordered the one No apologies no nothing But it gets worse-I get home to find that the sides that were to come w/ my savory crepe were not included-so no salsa, no sour cream, yada yada & keep in mind I paid full price On top of that, it was late evening & I thought perhaps they had discontinued the discounts for the late orders-no-they still exists she just failed to give my daughter the discount. In fact I had 3 coupons I could have had applied to our order since the dealsaver was not honored but alas the girl just clearly wanted to push the order through. That girl did nothing right and she's lucky it was my daughter rather than me because I would have given her the what for Talk about having no regard for your customer On top of it all, it took them over 25 minutes for 2 crepes I realize they were busy-but that was adding insult to injury Needless to say-I...

VERY Unsatisfied With There Service/ Store Manager.

Me And My Fiancé Go Here Very Regularly Since It’s Our Favorite Crepe Place In Town Also Being That It’s The ONLY crepe place in town. We Go Atleast 3 times a week and mess ups happen specially if your getting crepes that much from one place, so I called for a remake on our crepes for my fiancé an I, Being That The Ones we got We’re hard burnt and had no raspberries let alone A/B sauce which is the main ingredient. So I call an get our remakes an everything is fine a few weeks go by an we get some crepes that weren’t done right like the first ones we had to return so I call to tell them about our food to get a very rude lady saying if we are to call for a remake one more time that we will be BANNNED ! From coming into the store an ordering food. ???? Because they ruined our food an we come enough that they remember the first remakes an think we are bums trying to get free crepes when we buy crepes atleast 3 times a week there ! VERY VERY UNSATISFIED With how they treat their customers. Would give 0 stars...

One of my Besties has been singing the praises of this restaurant and I am a big fan of crepes. My husband and I went today and omgosh is it ever stupendously delicious! My husband is not a huge fan of crepes, however, after we were finished eating he went up to the counter and informed the cashier of that fact and ended it with "and we'll be back". He told me the Hollandaise sauce on his crepe was good, not too salty nor bland. He had the crepe that comes with the Hollandaise sauce on it (I forget the name of it) while I had the Dulce de Leche crepe. The flavors of mine were all perfectly blended together, not one of the ingredients overpowered another. The caramel sauce is perfection and the only thing I would ask is for a bit more sea salt on it. We will definitely return and try a different crepe each! The service is fantastic and our order was served to us quicker than I expected. Great place to patron. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Oh and they also have a rewards punch card.
