Hendricks Commercial Properties — Local services in Beloit

I'm not a spiteful person but I will say that this is the most unprofessional company I have EVER worked with. All I have to say is that if you're looking to open a business in one of their commercial spaces, play your cards close to your chest (or just save yourself the headache and look elsewhere). They will take every word that you say and use it for their own good. For instance, they might take all of your blueprints, your future business's name, literally ALL of your plans and ideas, wrap it up in a nice little bow and hand it off to someone they already know to start the business. This wouldn't be a "guess" seeing as how you know who applied for a liquor license for that exact space, read public information from the City of West Bend's meeting minutes from 4/20/18 explaining their entire idea and seeing that they are using a name almost identical to what you were going to call it. You might work with them for over 4 months to arrange getting into one of their spaces at the Cast Iron apartments in West Bend, WI only for them to tell you (after you have gone through blueprints, plans, etc.) that your lease price is actually going to be $10 more per square foot than they told you initially. Maybe they knew this was out of your budget so they knew you'd back out and this way they could hand off your idea to someone else. Simply put, this is unethical business practice for Hendricks Properties and they should be ashamed of themselves. I would give a 0 if possible, this company stole my money on yesterday and no one has seen fit to return the call and message I had to leave with the very inept customer service rep that answered the call I placed at the call box. How many people do you do this to daily?? Validate and authorize my card, not give me a ticket to park with and pop up with an out of order message. However, signage all over the lot indicates you will be towed and the only number listed is to Interstate Towing who are quick to tell you it's not their problem and if there's no ticket on the dash. they will tow your car. This is a racket and very unprofessional. This nonsense caused me to miss the birthday dinner of a very dear friend due to the inability to park where I paid to park and lack of other reasonably close parking availability. No one answers the phone at any of the phone numbers listed online and once transferred to someone, they don't answer either. Yet, the charge remains on my card.
