Irontek — Local services in Beloit

Irontek advertised with the insidiously seductive line, "Working from home, but need a change of scenery?" Which I interpreted as, "Working from home, and losing your mind?" To which my answer, in Coronavirus 2020, was a frantic, "YES! YESYESYESYESYES! Help me!" So, I joined to get out of my home office for at least some of the time. Honestly, I expected a minor convenience but the other positive reviews are factual: this place is TERRIFIC. It's for-real. This is a wonderful and welcoming co-working space, with outstanding amenities, friendly people, great infrastructure support; it's like having an office, but without it BEING, you know, 'Dunder-Mifflin/The Office'. All the pluses and none of the minuses. I really can't recommend Irontek highly enough, it really is great. And Kari and Erin are good people. Oh: I neglected to mention when I originally posted this: while hours posted are when staff is in the building, members have a key fob with 24/7/365 access. THAT has been a lifesaver for me; I work with colleagues in different countries and time zones, and having the office 24/7...

Amazing facility! I’ve worked at a few co-working spaces and by far IronTek is at the top of my list. Incredibly well run, super clean, quiet productive atmosphere, conference rooms, super fast WiFi, hardwired Internet connections at all stations. Great being able to walk along the river on long calls, super convenient parking, short walks to good food. Never thought I would enjoy working out of Beloit as much as I do but this facility makes it hard to not like the area. Such a great work space! Whether you're looking for a change of work scenery or a place to call your full time office, Irontek is a perfect fit. It's very affordable and includes plenty of amenities like coffee, snacks, and a gym membership discount.
