Today's Car Wash — Local services in Belton

If you are going to a carwash to actually get your car washed... this is NOT the place for you. If you have any sort of mud on your vehicle, this facility does not rinse it off before sending you through. The machine then etches the dirt into the paint of your car leaving patterend scratch marks everywhere **I can't reply to the car wash's comment.... so let me edit to add....... I did speak with someone when I went in to cancel my subscription. I parked in one of the vacuum spots and went inside the empty office. A man came to see what i needed. He did not introduce himself at all. I explained that I wanted to cancel my membership. He asked if it was my truck in front of the door. I said yes and he went out and scanned my tag saying he'd cancel the membership for me. I stopped him saying that I'd like to tell him why I was canceling. He rolled his eyes and said "OK" I informed him about the severely scratched paint due to the car wash's neglect.... and then i had him look out the window of the office. I told him that the man running the sprayer was incompetent. I had him watch the next 4 cars to run through the line. The pre-spray guy only sprayed half of each car we watched. I asked the man if that was an acceptable practice to only prep half of the vehicles. I pointed out that we pay for a service, that we expect our entire vehicle to be taken care of, and his response was, "I'll talk to him" absolutely WORST customer service...

I was in the car wash tunnel on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm when my car was hit from behind. My car was in neutral and in the track. There was nothing I could do. The operator stopped the car wash and approached the car of the driver behind me to ask if she was okay. The car wash then restarted and I was able to safely exit the car wash. A police officer was present due to a separate accident of a car exiting the car wash earlier. The police officer spoke to the management of Today's Car Wash on my behalf but they refused to care. An employee wrote down my information and said the "higher ups have to review video" and they will get back to me by the end of the business day on Friday. We reached out to the site manager today and she said, no, they are doing nothing. They will eventually review the video but it is the fault of the other driver. The bottom line is that you are putting your life and vehicle in the operator's hands when you enter the car wash tunnel. If anything adverse occurs, you are on your own! I cancelled my membership immediately and will tell everyone I know about this. I am done with allowing people like this to take advantage of their...

Be aware of the damage that the brushes that roll over your car will cause. I have been using this car wash for a long time and have loved it until i noticed the swirl marks in my paint a few days ago as the sun was shining direct on the side of my car. The car wash brushes has caused this damage to my exterier paint. It is on both sides and the hood of my car and is probably on other parts as well. It is hard to see until the sun is directly hitting the side of the car. I checked with a local detailer and for about $450 he can buff them out, however he told me that I should stop using the car wash and if I continue to use the car wash they will come back and after multiple buffins the clear coat on my car would be damaged and at some point he would be unable to get the shine back in my car.

Just be aware of the damage this could cause to your car over time. We have been using this care wash in Belton since in opened so it did not take long for the damage to start showing.
