This company has no regard or respect for property owners. Today I had looked out into my back yard to find men walking through my yard (not around) proceeding to step and break my 3 foot maple tree.
When approaching these men they just looked at me saying they are doing there job. I asked where they were from who they worked for and all they could say is “cable” “WiFi”. There clothes where faded and I hadn’t the slightest clue who they where.
Proceeding forward I asked them to get off my property. They continued to ignore me until I mentioned the police. Then one of these workers proceeded to dial a number on his cell phone where another person had asked what the problem was. Still not identifying who they where the man on the phone told me to take picture of the damage and text him. Then I honestly could not understand him after that.
I hung up the phone called the local police department to help settle this matter.
Stepping back outside they continued to walk on my garden with out any concern. And ignore me when addressed about the damage they where doing.
I even stepped in front of him to stop him from stepping on my plants and he walked straight into me, still ignoring me.
The “manager” of this third party company who was on the phone had showed up and was very unprofessional, escalating the situation even further and kept making excuses, not apologetic or understanding, and just kept trying to scare us by saying that he could come back and clear out everything tomorrow to get access or file against me. They where also well passed the easement line while they were finishing their job afterward, even though this manager said they have 2ft of access from the line.
Long story short this company or these men that represent this company where aweful.
No consideration or respect. Very unprofessional. I am a fan of fiber internet but NOT...
Read moreWe're in Walworth and for the past 8 years have seen incredibly spotty service. Every few months I was on the phone with customer service following a script for over an hour trying to reboot our modem...Unplug it. Plug it in. Find a computer and go to this website. Unplug it for 2 minutes. "We'll send someone out." The roadside box across the street was run over by a huge ditch mower and they couldn't even replace it. Just exposed wires for years now. Their solution is often to raise our account level - meaning more $$. They've even raised the price without telling us. We eventually switched to T-Mobile internet. Not perfect, but I could not handle dealing with Frontier anymore. Oh and guess what - another $50 kick in the butt on the way out for a "restocking fee" so we can pay for them to refurbish our old device. To be fair, my biggest gripe is with corporate. The in-home service guys have been nice and try their best. One was even nice enough to tell me we were at our max for service in our location so if corporate tried to bump us up to the next level because "it's better," we should say no. Frontier just sucks - I do not recommend. At least not for the country homes who can't access the...
Read moreA year ago, service was great. Prompt technical support and fast speeds. However over the past 6 months I've had outages that require technicians to resolve 3 times. The most recent time customer care and technical support teams have clearly changed. Working from home and having to sit with no Internet for three days is completely unacceptable. The same issue is reoccurring after a car hit the neighborhood box because they have failed to hook all the lines up correctly in repair. It's so unacceptable and a...
