I brought in a PS 4 to repair. Told me it needed a new part and that they had to order it. They never called me so I stopped in to check on progress. They said the part it isn’t. Another month or two go by with no word, I stop in and get the run around again. This went on for 6 months or longer and finally I gave up. I asked for machine back and was told give it another week, stopped in one last time and nothing. I gave up and left the machine with them. I honestly don’t think they had it anymore.
Don’t trust this business. Customer service was terrible. Never communicated. And ultimately I wasted a lot of time and a machine....
