I recently visited this store with knowledge of the equipment I intended to purchase and was incredibly displeased with who I assume was the owner of the establishment.. Anyways the man behind the counter tried to sell me an amp for 150 usd plus tax when I knew that I could purchase the same amp at Walmart for 50 dollars.. Definitely over-priced and not very knowledgeable seeings that he tried to tell me the amp was a class d when the box said it was a class a/b. Would not recommend anyone to go here if you have any clue what your looking for.. If you don't then bring your ripoff gear that's the only thing you will get here. They will try to attach labor on to something they are just selling NOT INSTALLING. I was not aware that you had to charge someone to sell them something out of your showroom. I will definitely make the drive to Rockford as it is less of a struggle with prices and knowledge...

Had system put in about 8 months ago or so. Did give 5 star. But now I believe 1 star is right thing to do. And learn that won't have any more work done here on 2010 gmc denali. I at first work was clean. Good detail. Came back week later cause bass go up and down when you drive. Was post get call back. Waited week and try again. Same thing. I call you back. Now so annoying where pull fuse out and have no interest to even have it or to get more work done like head deck n door speakers etc. Wasted money. Take drive to Chicago where least get done...

The owner of the shop is absolutely unprofessional and wanted to over charge me for an brand new product I already had purchased new. He didn’t want to do business with me because of “warranty issues”. I insisted to him that if anything went wrong I would PAY AGAIN to have it fixed. He said, “you must buy my product or else I don’t do the job.” He also informed me that he lost me as an customer as soon as I bought my product NEW from Amazon.
