Zero stars on this one. My boyfriend sent me flowers, not only were they tacky and seemed thrown together, there were wilted, broken flowers in the bunch. I let them know as a courtesy that they were like that, and sent pictures. I did not want a refund for for them or for them to let my boyfriend know. I specifically told them I was just letting them know to watch for it and I didnt want to hurt my BF's feelings. Fast forward to the next time he sent me flowers, they were worse.. a couple of the flowers had pedals that were half gone with brown ends with multiple flowers showing browning on the edges. Again, I wanted to let them know and sent pictures. The price of the flowers is ridiculous and they should not be sending out wilted, brown, damaged flowers. I again said it was for their information only and again to watch for it, they then went and taddled on me to my boyfriend against my request not to, to not hurt his feelings. I seen the email. They made me sound like a picky brat and told him to go somewhere else. Which we did, been going to KD floral ever since with no wilted...
Read moreAfter several years of ordering flowers from Netzer's Floral for Mother's Day and Mom's birthday, I felt it was time to provide feedback on the good service received. The deliveries have always been made as scheduled and Mom has always been extremely pleased with the results. The pic she sent shows flowers that match perfectly in number and appearance with those shown in the on-line image. Every bloom was just beautiful and the bicolored coral roses were particularly stunning. Thank you Netzer's for years of consistent outstanding service that has made you the florist I can trust for deliveries in the...
Read moreI am a senior citizen on a fixed income. When my brother died, I knew I would be making the long drive (almost 500 miles one-way) and paying to stay in a hotel in order to attend his funeral. Thus, I ordered only a $40 bouquet; with tax and $10 delivery, I paid $53.15. I believed it might be small but lovely. (I was told it would be a small vase.) Apparently the florist didn’t expect me to make the drive; the “vase” was a mason jar with maybe 10 sparse blossoms—I was so disappointed. It just made a sad day even sadder for me. If you want a nice bouquet for a two-hour showing at a church, be prepared to pay a lot more than $50. They also spelled our last name incorrectly on the card, even though I clearly spelled it for them...
