The worst service and treatment I've ever had in my life at a drive thru! Who is training these kids? I ordered a #4 4pc combo. Said it just like that. He did not repeat my order, figured ok, the line is long, no biggy. Gave me my total. Pulled fwd. Thinking to myself wait a minute that total was less that what I ordered, I'll check with him at the window. I said can u read my order back? Total doesn't seem right? He said " you got a #2 leg and thigh. I corrected him on my order, he said, I didnt hear that., ok can we fix that please? I'm sorry we cannot modify orders once they're taken!!?? What? Per my manager no modifications. But you took my order inconcorrectly to no fault of my own, so how do we fix this then? Maam you're going to have to get back in line (huge line) . Read moreVery dissatisfied! We ordered three 4 piece chicken strip baskets and a popcorn chicken. We were only given four dipping sauces for all of that food. When we asked for more we were told that’s all they can give. The young girl who helped us was very rude and said there’s nothing she could do about it. Mmm.. I’m thinking I’ve been coming here for years with my kid’s and never was told that ever. I think for overpriced food it’s probably better to not be stingy and keep a customer happy than to lose a customer. And when we drove off I noticed we weren’t given our popcorn chicken, so I had the pleasure of going in and meeting the manager who was also very rude and unfriendly to me. He didn’t speak very clearly and I had a hard time understanding him, He asked me twice what kind of sauce I I want after I asked for it. This KFC has removed a lot of items from the normal/national menu. You know when things say "At participating locations" this is one of the locations they're talking about.
They don't offer the famous bowl and instead offer a "Potato Bowl"
They don't have Nashville Hot chicken at all. This also means they don't have the spicy mac and cheese bowl the app keeps telling me about.
Everything seems to be more expensive here as well. At first, I was happy to hear that they had new owners. Now I just see employees that appear to be way overworked and not some of my favorite items.
There is always just one person up front both taking orders and making the food for the people in the dining area, they don't get help, they just have to ask people in line to wait while they do what should be an additional person's job. It slows things down and I'm sure it's super stressful for the employee behind the counter.
What they do have for food is good, but the missing items, price hikes, and waits in the dining room keep me away.
