Kohl's — Local services in Bend

Kohls has exponentially improved from my last visit a few months ago where the store was so untidy and disorganized...I ventured in even though I had sworn never to return, but was in the area and needed a birthday gift so went in halfheartedly and was amazed at the tidiness and professional appearance Great job Kohls...

this was posted many months ago and I went back to kohls today 9/29/24 and again this was a wonderful experience...the cashier, Terrie was absolutely a dream...extremely friendly helpful and very accommodating ....she even offered me a discount if I would fill out a credit app...which I do not normally do but Terrie while not being a pest about it simply explained to me the advantages of having an account. Not only was I able to to save significantly on my purchases today I also received kohls cash and other benefits...by the time I left I felt like Terrie was a longtime friend even though we only met during this visit and transaction...huge shout out to a very personable lady who I hope to see again on my next...very soon to be visit...!!!! We have spent thousands at this Kohls location alone, on our whole family. We are absolutely done supporting this company. Shopping online with them is so sketchy after everything they put us through with our account. The inconvenience of shopping for the right item, putting it in your cart and then being told after you placed the order that the item is unavailable. It has happened more times that I like to admit. (Should have taken the hint a while ago) Then you have to spend another $49 for shipping to get the item again because they won’t give you a credit for shipping. Like, WHAT??! Your mistake and we have to make up for it. No wonder Kohls is in a lawsuit. Not one bit surprised. The way you conduct business is straight shady! Shady...

Zero Stars... 1/13/22. Spoke to the Store Manager at Kohl's on the phone, she was rude, didn't seem to care about the homeless camp on their parking lot and she acted like it was no problem with it being there. Obviously wrong person to be the store Manager at Kohl's. However when contacted Macy's about the trashy and druggy Homeless camp. Spoke to that Store Manager on the phone. The Manager was very attentive, polite and actually went out to the parking lot to take a look. She said she would contact Security to have it removed. Very professional. We should see more people willing to take care of problems like this. Much better job...
