Love's Truck Care — Local services in Bennett

First of all none of you guys know how to write a review so people actually know what the heck is going on most of these reviews are for the Love's travel store not for loves truck care!!!!

Otherwise this place would only have a one or two star! Please place your review accordingly

Love's truck care really is horrible very small shop with multiple people working in it no one seems to really do it much and over $1,000 I was charged for just an airbag in a small leak Last 3 times I went to a love shop it only cost me around 300 bucks! The dealership is 30 min down the road and the part only cost $60-80 takes about 10 minutes to put in if you have the right equipment. Just plan robbery.

Also over hear bragging about how much they were going to charge some road service for tire repair over $2,000 which is absolutely ridiculous.

I unfortunately had no other choice as I could not move anywhere else but any other time I would not pay these guys to do a thing don't come here to get your truck fixed...

Horrible service, employees need proper training on how to run an office. Went in for a tire was there when they opened their doors at 7am, was the second person in line. I called about 1030 was informed that they were still working on the first truck. Walk in office at noon was informed that they called me (a lie). Owner spoke with rep he stated that they called me twice at 930 and 10 in which I didn’t answer so they skipped me. lol but I have no missed calls and I’m literally sitting right outside of the office the rep walked with me to my truck so he could have came and knocked on my door. 3pm and they just finished the job now I’m completely late for my...

Descent Love's but the truck parking flow is messed up at this time due to driveway construction coned off for where you would normally exit after fueling, so trucks are forced to go around the lot where the shop building is, and of course you have trucks going the other way, and trucks trying to back in, and shop traffic, so it's a cluster, hopefully the normal way you would exit is done soon. Other than that it's your typical Love's, Showers, etc. The parking just as most Love's are could be bigger, if you can't find a parking spot and are going West, there's a Mom n Pop about 7 miles down interstate, not as many amenities but...
