Most of the employees should not have a job anywhere, i would never hire any of them. They are completely incompetent when it comes to auto parts. They told me a part i needed was at there warehouse and i could pick it up, but had to pay at the store, so I did. You get one customer looking for an odd part, and that could tie up a checkout lane for long periods of time. Maybe a dedicated checkout lane, to improve throughput of transactions.
