Tonight Wednesday 12/1/2021 I visit the store like around 8:15 and picked out my item and stood in line to do a layaway and as the cashier prepared my layaway I was still standing there when I heard her tell the manager that she was thirsty and that all the free water they are giving out ( because of the water crisis) she mentioned what she have to do bring her own water? She might have been playing when she said that but the manager response was that he was not getting anymore water because the associates were leaving bottles all around his store and some of the bottles were half dranked so basically he didn't care how thirsty she was.. some things you have to watch what you say in front of customers. The way he could have handle that was to offer her a bottle water and could have store credit it. She was the only one up there at that time I felt bad for her and if I would have had water in my car she would have had one. The Manager made it plain and simple that he was not getting them any water like they were little kids and not associates that...

Our Benton Harbor is absolutely the best around. I have watched this store really store significantly improve, Employees always so kind, helpful and keep the store looking as organized as possible. They definitely stay busy, I've witnessed them putting clothes back on the racks by the fitting room so promptly. The crew there really have it together. There's a lady I know that deserves a huge shout out. Her name is Sena. They all go above and beyond. Sena though puts an extra piece of her heart into her job. ♥️ When I didn't think it could get any better? I overheard her training and young man. She had no clue I was listening, and let ne tell ya, that young man will go far..he's got the best showing him the ropes. WAY TO GO SENA. The world...

The cashier was very rude, and we stood in line for 30 minutes, watching 1 cashier struggle to get a customer rang up.And the line was getting longer and longer . The cashier who came up to help had a bad attitude. And we could hear her telling the person she was ringing up that she didn't care how we felt about waiting so long and making us move back about 20 ft away from the counter. So we decided not to buy anything from there, and we left the full cart of items for her to put back since she wanted to be disrespectful and rude to us. We decided to take our business...
