Worst experience ever!! I ordered furniture from their book and it was delivered when I wasn't home. When I saw it I immediately called them to tell them it was defective and I didn't want it. At 1st they refused to take it back then came and got it but refused to refund the $170.00 I paid upfront. I am a single mom and that is a lot of money for me! They stated they were keeping my money for the inconvenience! Really? What about my inconvenience of having to deal with this whole mess? They should have never delivered the furniture or accepted it from the warehouse jacked up like it was!! I swear the people building it had to be drunk!! The 2 guys that picked it up also said they wouldn't keep it either & 2 guys from Comcast were here and agreed too. The 2 men helping me move said the same thing!! I bought a Mattress box spring set and frame from them. Just moved into a new house a few weeks before and wanted a new bed. Never had an issue with bedbugs until I purchased the bed.
