that elderly white man that where's the glasses is very rude i hardly go into there at that store I walked in the door he literally was staring right at me I was 15 minutes early before it was time to close he was literally all that time watching me and staring at me not one time he come and ask me when he knew I was going from one aisle to the other trying to find what I needed to get and I still couldn't find it not one time he came up to me and ask me mam do you need help finding anything not one time instead he stairs right at you I have work and still from this day I have work but in a restaurant but let me tell you my customers will always come first it takes a lot of me to get mad but this time there was know why I wasn't going to speak up he is a very rude employee I think Walgreens needs to stand up on this problem it looks like he has some bad report on him stop letting this man elderly man being mean to your customers he's always got to run his mouth and talked so bad about people like I told the other guy that was working that usually does the photos he waited on me I told him that that man was in the wrong I am his customer the man that waiting on me agreed with me so the big people over Walgreens in Benton harbor you need to do something...

When I arrived to get it a few hours later, I was advised that they had no idea what I was talking about. I called my Dr, who confirmed that they already sent it and would call it in. When I called to speak to a pharmacy technician and was explaining my plight, the rep cut me off, stated she would transfer me to the dispensing pharmacy and transferred me before I even had spit out three sentences. Of course, "the dispensing pharmacy" also had no idea what I was talking about because my prescription was sent to the BH pharmacy (which has been the same for YEARS) and NOT the SJ one... Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen i Call the pharmacy im on hold for 15+ minutes, every Month i call to get scripts refilled i think to myself surly they have some one to answer the phones, it cant keep getting worse, But it does every time they seem to out do themselves. This morning i was on hold for 15minuets, i heard someone pick up the phone 3 or 4 times just to send me back in to the hold music.
I would suggest taking scripts to St. Joseph, Walgreens, Over on Hilltop and Niles ave. Its 24 Hours and they answer the phones quicker.
Another Note, On readiness of scripts they are always so behind when ever i call a script in they give a time and i come back to pick up they ALWAYS say "Oh thats not ready yet come back in 2 hours" so i leave go home come back and again "Oh thats not gonna be ready till tomarrow. after a few times of this i finnally get my scripts but it takes like 2-3 days when it should only take a a half hour to put some meds in a bottle.
