DO NOT ORDER. GUARANTEED DISSATISFACTION It’s disappointing to experience this kind of attitude and poor customer service after spending 70 of our hard-earned dollars and hate that we even have to leave a review like this, especially knowing how tough the food service industry can be. But what’s worse is hearing that this location has been open for 6 years and the reviews have been bad for just as long. How does that continue? Are people just unaware, like we were? • We did not eat the food. • Three meals were untouched. • We offered to bring everything back the same night.

We weren’t asking for a full refund, just to have the order remade. We tried to handle it respectfully, but the way the call was handled (being hung up on) was unacceptable.

Used to love this place. Until i went midnight last Thursday and found unsafe practices. first...no one behind the counter was wearing a mask or gloves to handle food and there was no enforcing of the one at at time customer/mask wearing policy. but the real issue was someone ( i amuse an employee) had brought 2 little children who were running back and forth between the customer seating area and the kitchen , helping themselves to drinks and what not. the children obviously were not wearing any protective covering, washing their hands or or staying safe distance from anyone in the process. Not only is this disconcerting during a pandemic, but potential for spread of other germs and bacteria at any time. the lady behind the counter was also rude and non communicative. this is the first time i've experienced this but felt it needed to be said in hopes this gets addressed...

First let me say I had no bbn problems with the chicken till today.....I ordered 12 wings and there were 5 customers before me and I got my food in about 7 minutes....I know it takes 12 minutes to fry.....they said it just came out and there was no steam, no sizzle, it was warm....not hot and fresh like they told me so I called him on it and they got mad and said just give him his money back....I said why I just want hot chicken......he walked away and came back 2 minutes and said give me 8 minutes to make some more.....when he gave me my chicken it was HOT, FRESH AND STEAMING like when or ordered a few days earlier I was satisfying till I got home and there were only 11 wings.....So for lying about it was just cooked and keeping 1 of my wings I have to give you 2 Stars...I just want fresh hot food, is that to...
