I am giving this place a one star rating because I bought a human hair wig for about $60. When I arrived home, the wig did not look like the one on the manikin and did not fit even half my head. I came to the store to exchange it because the receipt said it cannot be returned, just to find out, as the people working their told me, “I did not read the fine print”. Further on the receipt, I found out wigs cannot be returned or exchanged. They are final sale so there is no way for you to tell if certain wigs work with you. I just lost $60 to the trash and would not recommend anyone shop here for wigs. It’s better that you shop somewhere where the people want to help you and where you can’t be fooled by...

I love this store. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is excellent. I told the lady who is in there all the time, I don't know what my hair color is exactly and she said it's a four. No hesitation. We went over to the number four color and it matched my hair exactly.
