I got a washer and dryer from Aaron's in 2016. I've been paying on it and never had a problem. These people begged me to get a refrigerator through them. I had one from bestway but I thought ok why not have all three items from the same place. I got a Samsung fridge from them. It wasnt cooling. It ruined everything in my fridge and the freezer was over freezing and freezer burned everything. I call Aaron's and it took them two weeks to send someone to look at it. The people they sent to look at it was the same ppl that dropped it off. They concluded the fridge was broken. Tiffany the manager advised me they couldn't replace my groceries but they would order a brand new Samsung fridge that day for me and I wouldn't have to pay my washer and dryer or refrigerator bill until September. They gave me a replacement refrigerator filled with roaches. I got a call in September saying I was a month behind on my washer and dryer. I had come to the store several times and talked with Tiffany whom lied and said I didn't have to make a payment in August and that she had taken care of everything. Come to find out she was lying and hadn't put anything in the computer. I had even recorded her saying I didn't have to pay for the month of August but some new manager still said I did. I advised him that was bad customer service for Tiffany to tell me one thing and him to tell me another. This was September and he told me she still had yet to order the new refrigerator she had promised she'd order back in July. Then I advised him of the roaches that were coming out of the nasty replacement refrigerator and he said well we can just come pick our stuff up you don't have to keep it. So I told him yes just come get it. After spending over $1000 on that washer and dryer and trying to become a customer with the refrigerator all you can say in the middle of conflict is we can come get our stuff! Rude nasty people. This company is a scam. I plan to take them to court for the money I spent on the washer and dryer and for the $300 in food I lost due to the refrigerator being broken. Read moreI would recommend you to NOT go here. Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with Aaron’s. I financed a living room set and a TV a few months ago. I also decided to pay more monthly for insurance on said items. I was told one price when we were checking out - each month after that I’ve had to call due to the prices increasing each month. Within the second month, my couch sunk in - I called and complained because I refuse to pay for something that’s not sturdy. They apologized. It took longer than they said it would to call me back. Eventually they replaced my couches (the delivery guys were awesome tho!). The following month - my TV stand (not from Aaron’s) broke. There were three adults standing around the TV. We were trying to unplug the TV to move it so we could get behind the TV stand. The TV stand suddenly broke and the TV fell onto the floor. It still works - but there’s a couple major cracks on one side. I called Aaron’s in Benton, AR (because this is what I pay insurance for, right?) and the employee tells me he’s going to get the manager. The manager tells me he can’t do anything because it’s MY fault the TV is broken (it must be an act of God for them to cover it). A couple hours later, I start really thinking about it and I decide to call customer service because I really feel like I’m in the right. They connect me to the regional manager. The regional manager is not genuine at all. He tells me it’s my fault, he can’t cover it, and if I refuse to pay for it (as in give them the TV back) he will take me to small claims for the damage done.
I’ve considered taking the TV to get the screen fixed. But I really feel like Aaron’s should be the one to cover it because how could I have prevented my TV stand from breaking? Why were my couches covered and not the TV? Read moreThe manager needs to be fired! I don't ever wish for anyone to lose their job but the manager here needs better morals. When the merchandise was delivered, the driver called the store manager to ask permission to put everything on the porch as I am legally disabled and haven't been able to get other furniture moved out. The store manager made the comment to the driver that "he was just in the store the other day with a little girl and he didn't look disabled to me." The little girl was my wife and my license shows that I have a disability. She should NEVER judge a person by the way they look! I had a back injury that has effected my everyday life and she doesn't know what pain I deal with daily. I will be returning the couch, love seat, and king mattress and will NEVER use them again! Rent A Center and Bestway Rentals is right across the street! Would give zero stars if possible and would NOT recommend this...
