Home2 Suites by Hilton Bentonville Rogers — Hotel in Bentonville

From the moment you walk in the doors, the space is big and open. Plenty of seating. As well as complimentary coffee and hot chocolate station available to the left as you walk in.||There is a variety of things to choose from in the hotel “store” if you forgot anything from home, or are just wanting a snack.||The breakfast area, while has a good variety is not very well thought out as far as space. It is all along one wall and gets very crowded and congested pretty easily. There are a few tables right in front of the area and members of those families were standing up and blocking access to get to part of the breakfast area. The is seating in the main lobby just a few steps away that I think would be better utilized for seating. That was just my opinion and experience and could be different for someone else.||The parking lot and property around the hotel seemed safe. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, otherwise you need to drive. This isn’t a negative for the hotel but getting back onto the road is a pain if you are turning left because traffic is constant. ||I booked this hotel for the proximity to the Bentonville Arkansas Temple which is just two exits past the temple, only a few miles and very convenient.||The hotel is close to several restaurants and shopping by just a quick drive down the road.||I stayed on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. I didn’t have any issues. The room was clean and very spacious, offering a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There was also a nice sitting area.||The bathroom was gorgeous. A nice walk in shower and spacious area to get ready. I even loved how the drain for the shower was at the front and not a round drain right in the middle of the space (I am a little weird...

My Aunt booked ahead of time using her points for my family's stay.  When we arrived (it was late and we were tired after a 5.5 hrs drive), We were told that they HAD the reservation but overbooked and didn't have the room we booked available.  That's not how reservations work.  They knew how to TAKE the reservation, they just didn't know how to HOLD the reservation. I was told that due to the inconvenience and confusion, we would receive a discount for the room that WAS available. If $378 is a discount for one night, I'd hate to pay full price 😒And to think you did ME a favor by giving a discount on a "better, upgraded" room. When it was in fact NOT better because it was not the room I chose for a reason. So, it was very inconvenient for me at one am, to now have to makeup a pull out for my son, instead of him getting the premade queen. And would definitely say it wasn't worth it. We had to search every nook, cranny, cabinet and drawer for bedding for the pull out, make the bed (again $378 for the night, I want my bed made and ready)  The remotes didn't work on the TVs, the sliding barn style door to the bathroom FELL OFF THE TRACK  and the water was luke warm. Then, to top it off, the "reservation" did not show it was to be paid for with her points. (This I was actually OK with because I did want to pay for my own room, I did not want my aunt using her points.) However, it just adds to the proof that this Hotel is  completely unprofessional...

My stay here exceeded my expectations! The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was remarkable. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which made my stay very comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise. It even included biscuits with sausage gravy! I was particularly impressed by the spaciousness of my room. It was modern and had a kitchenette, making it an ideal choice for both short and long stays.

The gym facilities were well equipped with cardio machines and dumbbell free weights.

Lastly, the self-serve laundry facility was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. They even have credit card readers on the washer and dryer machines.

In summary, I give Home2 Suites by Hilton Bentonville Rogers a well-deserved five stars. The combination of cleanliness, fantastic amenities, and attentive service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to...
