So get this: It's lunchtime (12:10pm). So I ordered ahead online at Subway about 15 min ago (11:55), leave the office, drive to Subway, and walk in the store right when it's supposed to be ready (order confirmation says 12:10pm). There are about 5 people in line at different stages of ordering/having sandwiches made/paying. So, since I ordered ahead, I figure, well mine is surely already taken care of. So, I walk up to the counter and ask about picking up my order and the kid says to me, "We haven't gotten to it yet. You kinda ordered at the wrong time." Wrong time?! When else do people eat? It's effin "lunchtime" ya geek! So , I asked, "How long do you think it it'll be." He looks at the clock for a second or two, sucks his teeth a bit and let's out a suspiciously insincere, "ehhhh....", regretfully looks looks back at me, winces, looks back at the clock, and says, "About 10 minutes..." Read moreBig failure today….. 3 of us waited behind 4 other customers for about 15 minutes while 2 employees made 1 sandwich per while disappearing into kitchen. First of our party got helped then 1 employee pulled list of what I assume was delivery or takeout orders and working on building those orders while other disappeared into kitchen. Waited almost 5 more minutes and line now literally 10-15 waiting customers deep and total time of almost 25 minutes in store for us. Asked lady to check one sandwich out for our party of 3 and so 30 minutes in-stire, 1 sandwich and no answer from either employee as to why no sandwiches being made for instore customers—we paid and left….Never Again. Hire more employees, train them appropriately, hold them accountable, value your customers, maybe you should reduce your prices to equal quality of service for people who continue to patronize your business if this is...

He asked us to leave his premises said” we closed” in a very temperamental toner. I was checking my phone and his hands were dancing all around his body and acted like we were rubbers or have flu or something.
I told him don’t need to be agriveted and we are leaving and he started cursing. What a man he is. Just because we are Asian means not respected? Never come to subway again.
Ridiculously he called a police saying I was intoxicated. Police stopped us at the Taco Bell and warned us “not to come to the subway. They didn’t want us to trespass”.
