The owners are the best! SO helpful. I was finishing up a sweater for my husband when I ran out of yarn!! I was one skein short. The manufacturer changed how they made the yarn, so it was impossible to order more of the exact same color and constitution. This is a great yarn shop to have in Beulah Michigan. The assortment of yarn is very wide and of high quality. They are also well stocked on all kinds of needlework supplies. I am a visual person and my only suggestion is they need to have a lot more knitted samples on display to give advanced beginners/intermediate knitters inspiration and ideas for a next project. That is usually the way I end up purchasing yarn and a pattern. That is how I purchased my last project Indigo Frost. Fell in love with it on display and just had to knit it! I was looking for a yard of fabric that I really needed to finish a garment. Farm and Needle had the fabric!! Ordering was seamless and the fabric came in a darling box with their logo on it, which I will save;). Inside, the fabric was lovingly wrapped. Melissa included a postcard of her and her daughter, a cute sticker and a fridge magnet. I put the magnet on the side of the fridge; My partner pulled it off the fridge a few hours later and said how cute it was, and where did it come from?!
