I had been struggling to find someone who could help me redesign my wedding band using my husband’s great-great-grandmother’s heirloom ring. The process was daunting, as it’s such a delicate balance between honoring a cherished family piece and making something modern and wearable. But Emily made everything so easy and seamless from start to finish.

From the moment I reached out to her, Emily was kind, approachable, and so responsive. Even though we never met in person, she made sure to stay in constant communication, working off of photos and videos to ensure the design would look great and sit perfectly against my engagement ring. This was such an important detail, and she took the time to make sure everything lined up beautifully, even without the benefit of seeing it in person.

She’s incredibly easy to work with—any time I had a question or wanted to make a comment, Emily got back to me right away. Her communication and attention to detail made the entire process feel effortless. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their vision for their pieces.

The quality of her jewelry is stunning—each piece is crafted with such precision and thoughtfulness. She provided a CAD design and even a 3D wax model to ensure that I could see exactly how the redesign would look before moving forward. This gave me so much confidence in the process, knowing I could give input and make sure everything was perfect before any final work was done.

When the first iteration of the ring wasn’t quite what I envisioned, Emily was more than willing to make adjustments. She listened carefully to my feedback and worked with me until we created a design I absolutely loved. The final result exceeded my expectations—it’s everything I had hoped for and more.
