Went in to buy a water pipe today, guy shows me the one I like, starts helping someone else who walked in after me, but okay it’s cool. I set it on the floor away from us and near where it came from while I wait for him to finish, turns out it was poor quality and the bottom broke in one area from being set down gently. Witness agreed it was shocking. Apologized and was thinking twice about that brand of glass and the whole store in general when a 2nd employee comes out after about 5 min of me waiting and tells me since I “dropped” it I’d have to pay. I let her know I set it down not dropped it and unfortunately won’t be paying and asked her to check the camera to confirm. She stayed firm on it and I said sorry again and goodbye and she informed me they had to call the police. I was shocked, I said okay I’ll wait. I confirmed with the first guy that the cops would be able to view the cameras when they got there, and continued to wait. About 5 min later she came back and said I can go and the manager will deal with it in the morning. Used to really like this place, came here for years when I lived in the area, never going to another. Poor quality and breakage margins aren’t my responsibility, and having 2 employees with only 1 helping two people and not finishing tasks as they come can tend cause issues.    Read moreStaff is rude and offputting. They jumped down my throat when I tried to return a drip pen for the second time. I kept wondering why they seemed like they were faulty until the dark haired guy who sold me it said "what am I supposed to do with this, I usually fix them and put them back on the shelf; but you got product in this" hold up, why are you selling refurbished drip pens as new?!? No wonder they didn't last long.. Also what he said was untrue. I did use it, but it was a clean pen. It may have smelled like product, but it didn't have product on it, then jacokb very rudely says; "make sure she has the right receipt" right in front of me!!! Which instantly made me get defensive. Then the dark haired guy told me I was hurting his feelings because I said I will not shop here anymore, and didn't bother apologizing for the very rude remark his employee made. Worst Wild Bills...

If you purchase any of their own house brand products, keep a receipt, open the product within the 3 days they allow for returns and it doesn't work... they won't take it back, they only take returns of their defective products if : you have a receipt and open it infront of the cashier, if you decide you want to make sure it works off their property like in your car or house they will not take the product back... not even with a receipt, this wouldn't matter to me except I've bought several Mr Vapor products over the years that did infact not work straight out of the box.. I've never had this problem buying breeze brand vapes at gas stations and can't even recall a single time i opened one that...
