Went to the local Wawa, you know, the convenience store. Wanted 2 shortie rolls. They no longer have the "roll bins". They've been gone for quite some time. Anyway, I go to the hoagie counter and ask for 2 rolls. The child behind the counter tells me I must go through the touch screen ordering device. She just couldn't hand me 2 rolls. I look through the touch screen ordering devise (from now on I will call same as the crapper), and I can't find rolls. The girl behind the register (lost for something to do), asks if she can help. She can't find rolls in the crapper. So I ask again for 2 rolls from the girl behind the crapper. She states " Can you wait until I'm done making this order?" Several sandwiches are in front of her. 2 rolls are 2 feet to her right. It would have taken a whole .5 seconds to hand 2 rolls to me. Back (way back now) in the day Wawa was a convenience store. They had these bins where rolls were there for a customer in a rush to get a few. Convenient. Now I have to order them through the crapper and wait until 5 maybe 6 sandwiches are made? You have my e-mail address, if you correct this most inconvenient problem, let me know. Until then, I won't be back to the...
Read moreOn New Year’s Day I walked in looking to have my usual breakfast sandwich: Shorti roll with egg white and sausage crumble. It wasn’t unlocked on the screen and the breakfast melts were not out yet as they had just opened. I completely understand as I use to work for Wawa a few years ago. JohnLee stepped in and definitely did the right thing to help me out when I had a confused face on what to do. We set it up and there was a minor failure in communication so I wound up going to work at Pep Boys with no sandwich. Afterwards I came back and talked to Beverly who set it all straight. The next day John took care of me thanks to the communication from Beverly. I completely understand that we are all human and mistakes happen. In the military we call that being ‘resilient.’ Your team at this store is awesome and the big three JohnLee, John and Beverly are awesome and took great care of me after that extremely minor error. Sad though that I was transferred to another Pep Boys but when I’m in the area I know your team will take great care of my wife, three kids and I. Thank you, from a combat veteran of Iraq and...

He’s still in booth texting. If you don’t notice my Shelby pulling up you shouldn’t be working. I always have this experience and it forces the older guy from the way way end to have to come down bc the other kid won’t do Anything.
