Beach Memories Glass Studio and Jewelry Store — Local services in Berlin

My friends and I did a girls trip 09/2021 and visited Berlin on one of those days. There happened to be a music or small shop festival going on where the streets were closed down and completely packed! Beach Memories was our last stop on our day trip, and it was towards the end of the day. We were exhausted and wiped out, but were hit with an amazing experience and I would just like to share that the couple running this place is an absolute joy to be around. It was the end of the day of a huge event, and they were just as wonderful and full of energy as one would be in the beginning of the day. Our bags were packed with extra goodie cards and beautiful tissue paper. Stickers and business cards and class pamphlets. The feeling we had when we left is the same feeling you have leaving your family's house after Thanksgiving. It was wonderful and I very much look forward to MY HUSBAND taking me there hint hint Also their lighting is amazing. I appreciate that they didn't spare expense on that.

One last thing, they do make remembrance jewelry where they work the ashes of a loved one (human or animal) and create a one of a kind work of art. I am touched by that and I will be using that...

In 2020 my mother passed away, we were very close to her, so was my wife and children. I had a Cremation Bead bracelet made with a little bit of her ash remains ans OC sand as urn isn’t our thing nor would my mom want to be placed on a mantle. I chose 2 different colored bracelets and gave one to each for xmas. They were extremely surprised and it was a very emotional moment as they will cherish these forever. They were beautiful, one pink and one the light purple. One thing that really impressed me was the turn around time. These folks are patient about their work and excellent craftsman (craftswomen). Highly recommend. Actually getting one made for my niece right now, hence the delay...

The store is very cute. The employees are very nice. The owner could be nicer when speaking to customers. I came is with an issue and she immediately assumed the worst and was very dismissive. I was looking for guidance. My daughter and I were taken back by the way she spoke to us. Your response is worded better than the way you spoke to me in the store. I repeated to you how I was told it broke. You spoke to me as if I was lying. I was told by an employee to bring it in. I never expected a free replacement, I was hoping I could have paid to have it fixed or to have a...
