I was desperately searching for a coffee shop with internet and and outlet. When I found this place, I was so relieved. My first interaction with an older bald white man (whom I assume is the owner) was very off-putting. He told me to be considerate of other guests and not to stay too long (even though I had JUST arrived and there were two available tables outside). Seemed like an odd way to greet a guest. But the barista was very pleasant and I had a productive work day. I came back the next morning and briefly went inside to charge my laptop while on a call, and the same man asked me if I was going to be charging my laptop long. I flat out told him if he has an issue with me charging my laptop (after patronizing his store two days in a row) he should tell me. He just nervously paced around. By then I was so upset. I havenât even been here an hour and Iâm made to feel like a squatter. What are coffee shops for if not a space for folks to buy coffee and do some work?...
Read moreThe staff is friendly and very helpful. Very disappointed in the food. Very bland. I have never had sausage that was flavorless, very unusual, but their sausage has NO flavor. I got a sausage, egg and cheese (cheddar) breakfast sandwich on English muffin. It was lacking in every area. The flavor and strength of the coffee is disappointing as well. I ordered an ice latte (regular milk) and it came out almost white (see pic). It was all milk with a very mild coffee flavor. My husband and I are coffee connoisseurs, and we know good coffee. We were so disappointed as this location had 4.5 stars on Google. It isnât incredibly expensive. I feel prices were decent, but it wasnât worth what we paid. There is a place about 8 min away called Born To Move Coffee Shop, I would recommend this location as the coffee and lattes were delicious. We didnât try their food, but it canât be worse than what we had here.
Appreciate the kind service here, just not a good place for coffee...
Read moreThis review has two parts. We were there earlier today during the fall car show. First the great. We had egg sandwiches and coffee and special drink of the day. All were great and tasted amazing. It's a cute coffee shop and they were busy and did a good job getting the food and drinks out in a timely fashion. Now the only negative. While waiting for our food and drinks I over heard the young lady taking orders speaking with another worker with the ear lobe thing going on. Listening to the two of them complain about how cheap the car show folks were and whining about the tips they've received that day was pretty sad and pathetic. At that point I wish I had just handed a tip to the lady making the sandwiches and the young lady making the drinks and said to not share it. We do the both of the Berlin car shows every year and I'll be spending our money in one of the other stores in town for breakfast...
