I love to pop in just to see what's new.....Vera Bradley masks, soft pj's, great gifts like Brighton and scarves. Last weekend I decided to be brave and bought a flannel shirt and a pair of black fleece lined leggings and then a second similar outfit because the prices are so reasonable. WOW!!!!!! I didn't try them on at the shop even though I could have. I tried them on today thinking I could take them back if Melissa was wrong. Nope! Keepers !! The selection was very nice, but upon testing the men's fragrance in hopes of buying for a gift, I overheard the man and woman at the register discussing how annoying it was when people spray the fragrance. Personally, I don't know what any of that smells like just from the bottle, nor did I see any test strips (so I would have something to spray at). Personally, I found it rather rude. If you don't want customers trying out a product, don't leave out a tester. If you feel the need to talk about how annoying your customers habits are, maybe don't speak about them when they're standing...

Berlin has great stores with very good customer service but on Friday, September 5, I experienced some exceptional service at Victorian Charm. I wish I’d gotten her name. When she noticed my disappointment that a particular jacket was not available in my size she jumped in, sized me correctly and gave me a trick for styling. All very good service.
