CounterClox and The Vault at 104 — Restaurant in Berlin

Just tried a new local restaurant for lunch with my girlfriends on a recent Sunday afternoon. "Counter Clox" on Main Street in Berlin, MD offers a great atmosphere and a varied menu with options to satisfy everyone in your party. "Emma" was a welcoming and attentive server. Her knowledge of the menu assisted us with our final selections. "Deena" was a friendly and welcoming bartender who took us for a tour of the "Vault" area located upstairs which extends the casual, warm vibe with additional seating, sofas/chairs and another beautiful bar. The Caesar Salad with homemade croutons and the Burrata Salad were both fresh and a delicious start to our lunch. We then shared a delicious brick oven pizza with all fresh ingredients that was baked to perfection. A definite "GO TO" new restaurant that has a great and comfortable vibe. We have been coming to Ocean City, MD annually for several years now and we always enjoy spending a day over in Berlin. We always grab some cantaloupe ice cream and passed this new restaurant on our way. So after our dessert, we decided to have a little brunch.

What a great place, all the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly.

The owner of George's Organic Vodka and Bloody Mary Mix was also there passing out samples of the Bloody Mary Mix to sponsor the Bloody Mary Bar they had set up. Amazing.!!!! Best Bloody Mary I have ever tried.

I wish we lived closer because we would make the Counter Clox a weekly stop. Rest assured, this will be a place we visit on our annual trip to Ocean City. I hope Greg David will have his Bloody Mary Bar set up again.

i have no idea how this place has such a high rating. they forgot to seat us. took forever for someone to come to our table. everyone around us got their food before we did even though they were seated after us. there’s barely 12 tables and servers running all over the place. and when the food finally came out it was wildly underwhelming. the apples on the salad were brown, i had 6 tiny cubes of steak for a $12 up charge and then 95% spring mix with ken’s dressing. absolutely not worth it for a $24 salad. and the tiny “smash burger” was so small it was lost on the bun. the only thing that saved the meal was the...
