When I arrived today, 3/23/21, I thought I had booked my retouch hair appointment and my daughter's hair appointment because my stylist couldn't accommodate me earlier. I made it very clear to the front desk lady that it had to be in the late evening because it is difficult for me to manage my complex schedule to accommodate several hair appointments with my work schedule.

When I was greeted by your employee, I was shocked to learn that my daughter's appointment had been canceled; even though she apologized, she seemed to imply that there was nothing we could do and that I would have to accept it. There was never a real concern or attempt to go above and beyond to come up with a solution or alternative to correct the error.

When I explained my complex schedule, her condescending reaction was to mention that she, too, was a mother of three and had plenty of time-checked texts to confirm appointments. I suppose I'm not a fan of mum shaming and will not tolerate being treated in this manner. When I mentioned better employee training, she said her employees were all well trained and that if I didn't like it, I could leave and never come back. Her behavior has truly appalled me.

I'd like to tell her and you the owner of this business that I don't come to SIREN HOUSE to visit the salon; I come for the Stylist experience.

Again I can tell you don’t care about your employees since you kicked me out after waiting an hour to informed me that you canceled my appointment.

Thank you for your bad service and thank you do showing me discrimination...

When I tell you I have never found a more perfect hair team, I mean it. Karlie is an angel and an absolute all around hair expert-if you’re so lucky as to get booked with her DON’T MISS IT. She is a master at her craft, and sitting in her chair is the most amazing experience. Karlie is so thorough, inventive, and a master at what she does-she TRANSFORMED MY HAIR. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she made it EVEN BETTER than what I thought it could be. Karlie gave me the hair I’ve been dreaming of having my whole life, she really does make dreams come true. I had an appointment for a new set of hair extensions/color and it was my first time to the salon, Karlie even came in on her day off to work on me. She has the sweetest, most enjoyable personality and sitting in her chair is like a whole therapy session that you didn’t know you needed. Her transformation on me brought me to tears, I recommend this place to everyone I know. Karlie didn’t just give me perfect hair, she gave me a conversation starter because everywhere I go now people mention how beautiful my hair is. She has magic hands, and the rest of the team is SO sweet-this wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for Brandi and the AMAZING front desk team that told Karlie I was interested in Hair extensions. All I know is I am addicted to coming here, & I will never go any where else. If you come here, get ready for the hair you’ve been dreaming of. This team will make it happen, I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU...

I love Sirenhouse, but specifically Shantel! I took a chance one day to get a blowout from a new salon with a new stylist I had never worked with because at the time I recently moved to CO. I luckily chose Shantel and it was clear from the first few minutes of my appointment that she knows how to work with multiple hair types. I have long, thick, and curly hair because of my ethnic heritage and I often run into the problem of trying a new salon / stylist who says they can style my hair but clearly has never styled anything other than straight hair. Shantel is not that stylist and my head is grateful for that. She has been able to correct a choppy cut I received somewhere else and does a wonderful job of my blowout or any other look I might want for a special occasion. She also provided some feedback on the current color of my hair without trying to up sell me into adding new color. That is something I appreciate because you know the stylist is looking out for your best interest and not just constantly trying to sell you like a used car salesman. I couldn’t recommend...
