The process of getting a sactional through this store has been absolutely miserable. The in-store experience seemed fine - I was helped (after a decent wait because there were other customers and only one store employee), the order was seemingly processed correctly, and I was promised that I’d receive tracking information that would allow me to vacation hold the delivery (given that it would probably arrive sooner than the date I was needing it for - which is usually never a situation requiring complaint!). I noticed while confirming order details that the email the employee entered was spelled incorrectly, and he assured me it was fixed before I left the store. It turns out, it wasn’t fixed on all ends of the system, and I never received tracking details to be able to delay the shipment and my couch was delivered and sitting outside through a storm. When I called to complain, he forwarded me the tracking details that were never sent to me and confirmed it was his fault, but every detail of trying to get the order straight has fallen on me. When I got to the couch, it was water damaged, and the order wasn’t even processed with the right covers I’d selected in store. After hours on the phone with carelove, I was assured I could return the original damaged pieces and receive all new once they received confirmation the old pieces were sent back - however, I once again didn’t receive tracking information and another full couch (WITHOUT COVERS) was sent to my door. I now have 30 boxes in my apartment with a couch I can’t even put together until I receive the covers I originally ordered, and zero space to put anything together because they’ve not helped with the original return process. There’s been zero communication and the absolute opposite of “above and beyond” customer service. The customer care service I was directed to call is another issue, but none of this would be happening if this location processed the order correctly in the first place. I’ll never order anything from this location again, and if you do, I’d encourage you to read through every single word on the sales order before you leave the store because the employees evidently can’t even be trusted to know their own products let alone double check...
Read moreDuring my visit today upon entering the store the sales associate was not present. Upon his return he interrupted our conversation with a snarky remark. Prior to his comment we asked him the benefits of having the position and he replied with “once you get higher up you will know our discounts, except we don’t hire often”, when we were just trying to make small talk. His comment was unnecessary and uncalled for along with his attitude. He then proceeded to be quiet for about five minutes and then rudely interrupted by saying “this isn’t a hang out spot”. We promptly asked to speak to a manager and informed him of his crappy attitude and potential loss of customers with said attitude. He then repetitively said okay and did nothing to resolve the issues, nor did he apologize or get a manager. I believe he should not be representing the brand in the manor that he did. I’m genuinely hurt by the experience we had today, mostly because we were in your store for not more than 10 minutes and he acted the way he did and basically kicked us out when we weren’t...

We were the only people that came into the store and the two women that were working there were not at all interested in helping us. Honestly I felt as if we were bothering them by entering the store because they both stood leaning against the checkout desk staring at us. My husband and I spent maybe 5 minutes in the store and they never acknowledged us until we were walking out the door, where I was then insulted by the blonde woman. She said “well was there anything we could help you with or what?” I told her I wanted to look into getting a new cover and her response was “well just so you know, the covers are $350-600 so.” I’m sorry that I didn’t appear to be rich enough to shop in your store, but I assured her that I could absolutely afford what I was looking for.
