They advertise that they do the permanent jewelry option, but we've been out there at least six times requesting this service and they constantly tell us that somebody is in the middle of getting trained to have the expertise to do the permanent jewelry but now I just called again oday because we were going to make our seventh trip out there to try to get it done and I find out that they've decided they're not going to train any of the staff to do the permanent jewelry option so they should probably take it down from their website. We basically waited for over two months for somebody to get trained at this location only to find out that its never going to happen. I just think they have poor customer service and the place is going really down the tubes You know that a business is on the verge of going bankrupt or closing when they start limiting the services that...

So I’ve been to this place twice to try to replace my broken necklace that’s under warranty. The 1st time I went she was working alone and had too many customers so I waited patiently. Each time I went they never seem to have my product. The second time I went I stood at the kiosk for over 30 minutes waiting for her to come back from wherever she was, a note wasn’t left stating she was going on break or anything. I asked if I could just send the necklace somewhere instead because I’m wasting gas but I was told to leave my number and name and she would call me the next day when they got their shipment….. Go figure she never called, paying for a warranty and not being able to get a replacement is ridiculous! I also understand you can’t receive commission for things that are already paid for but so what replace...

Beth pierced my 5 month old’s ears and was seriously the best! She was so knowledgeable and personable. She went over the aftercare instructions with us twice and made sure we understood everything and made us a follow up appointment to make sure everything was healing perfectly. During the actual piercing, she was so calm and understanding while dealing with a wiggly, teething baby. She made sure both dots for the holes were perfect before piercing and was quick so my daughter barely had time to react before the whole thing was done!
