If I could take stars away from this hell portal I would!!! Do not fill your prescriptions here!!!!!. Do not do anything here!!!!!! You will wait in long ass lines. Almost all the pharmacists on staff and staff are rude…. God forbid you ask a question about your kids prescription to ensure you are following safety guidelines with child medications….. they act as if you are asking for their kidney, even when you apologize for interrupting their job to ask about dosing and what foods/meds to avoid with said prescriptions because we’ve had errors before…. I swear most of those people must be on something….They have lied and not filled my child’s prescriptions that was sent by her neurologist…... I was incredibly confused and had to call the neurologist to get clarification… just to have the prescription resent to get a different staff member that could fill it…. I forgot to mention, they gave us an empty prescription bottom… we didn’t notice it until a day or two later when we finally open the bag…. Then they denied any wrong doing… the complete lack of empathy and soulless faces they give is just aggravating…. I know these people don’t live here and must have some interaction with the outside world. Therefore they would not appreciate if others were treating them the way they have been treating customers…. The level of service my new local pharmacy has provided is outstanding!!!! I called ahead to my local pharmacy to follow up with the prescription, a human answered the phone!!! They were so kind and ensured the medicine would be filled by the time I arrived…. I was so shocked when the pharmacy delivered on their claim that the medicine would be ready for pick up on arrival…. They were kind to me. Talked to me about the medication without me asking…. The cashier was kind as well.
Moral of the story, support small businesses!!!! Go to mom and pop pharmacies, the customer service alone will keep...
Read moreHad a simple generic prescription to fill. Was told to wait 1 hour because their pharmacist needed to give flu shots to a family. Came after 1 hour 15 min and was told to wait more because staff were busy. It would be annoying when you healthy but when your doctor said you needed to be in a bed and have an ice pack for next 24 hours, waiting for almost two hours to fill a prescription does not make sense. Read moreConsistently one of the worst CVS Pharmacies in the DMV, and perhaps the country. The staff here is incredibly rude and slow. If you are ever going through the drive-thru, it can take 45 minutes per car. I’m pretty sure they just leave the window to do other tasks while you wait. An employee once took my credit card and insurance card, put it down, and went right back to doing something on her computer for 15-20 minutes, unrelated to my prescription. Avoid at all costs.
