Brought in 4 prints. Three small and One large, artist autographed print. The studio destroyed the large print and had to acquire another. I was refunded for this mistake. The second attempt the studio sent a frame that was chipped in the corner. Eight weeks later and now its either ship it back, bring it back to the store, or take a meager 10% cost reduction on the total order for error #2. Guess I'm coming back so framebridge can get a shot at chance #3. Fingers crossed!
Update: got an additional 50% discount and a coupon for a future purchase and offer to fix the frame.
Took the discount, don’t want the hassle of trusting a third try to get it right.

I wholeheartedly recommend Framebridge as THE place to entrust with framing your art, and Ilana to assist you in...

The framing was nicely done and delivered early, but it came with plexiglass, not real glass, something that I hadn't been made aware of. Since big discounts are available from many traditional frame shops (via Groupon-type sites), I wouldn't use Framebridge again for anything important. It's a solid 3 - fine for what it is - but not...
