lululemon — Local services in Bethesda

Let me start this review with that I wear Lululemon regularly and have for years.

I've been to this location MULTIPLE TIMES.

Today was the worst interaction I've ever had! I CAME I. PLANNING TO BUY MULTIPLE PAIRS OF ALIGN LEGGINGS.

I was never greeted after looking through their legging selection for 10-15 min one of the sales girls finally asked if I was finding everything ok? I said yes I just needed to pick a pattern then try them on.

I came to the dressing room with my leggings in hand the one sales girl was there with no one & didn't say a word to me I stood waiting to be assisted to the waiting room nothing.... she then helped someone else who came after me. Then another associate came to the dressing room and didn't say a word to me I waited still a man came out of the fitting room she started to help him I then put he leggings away and walked out.

I told the cashier at the front of the store I was here shopping and no assistance in back as she asked for me to come back in. ABSOLUTELY NOT I GUESS I DIDNT LOOK THE...

Review for Lululemon Store in Bethesda

I had a disappointing and unprofessional experience with the Lululemon store in Bethesda. I purchased a pair of pants online, but due to an error on their website, the item was not actually available. Despite this mistake, I was neither refunded nor provided with the pants I paid for.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the store to resolve the issue, an employee—who did not provide their name—was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would advise all customers to exercise caution when dealing with this store. Mistakes happen, but professionalism and respect in addressing them are non-negotiable.

I hope Lululemon takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and accountability...

Disappointing place:) staff are judgemental and decide to greet and talk to customers basing on physical appearance and I dunno what. We entered almost at the same time with other people they were greeted we were not , they were offered help we were not , we asked for help it was provided to us with hesitation. I strongly suggested my gf not to buy becuase she picked 2 expensive pieces, but because we had no time to travel to another store with did contribute to this store’s sales for a very discriminating and careless behavior. I do not expect staff to be all over me when I enter the store, but I don’t think I should be treated as an inconvenience at the store as well. Shame on staff at Lulu lemon in Bethesda so not yogic way ! Memo: we were Asian and Latin chicks ...verified...
