One of the worst shopping experiences I ever had! I entered the store on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at around 3:30 PM EST. There were two young female employees working and I was the only customer in the store. I was looking to purchase a gold necklace and bracelet. The employees did not bother to help me and didn’t ask me if I needed any help. They were on their cellphones the entire time that I was in the store. Unfortunately, I just helped myself the entire time. I found two pieces that I really wanted to purchase and I asked the employees for the price on each piece. They just looked at each other and said they didn’t know the price. I asked them if they could help me put on the necklace and bracelet and they pointed at a mirror and told me to put it on myself. I tried on the pieces myself and I asked them for their feedback and they did not say a word; they both looked like deer in the headlights. I asked them what material it was made of and they didn’t know. I proceeded to walk around the store and I found exactly what I was looking for. There was a gorgeous luxury gold necklace that I fell in love with and wanted to purchase on the spot. I asked the employee if she could pull the piece and provide the price so that I can purchase it. She was texting on her phone and ignored me. She then looked up and, “I’m sorry, did you say something?”. I was disgusted with her/their behavior and left the store immediately! Thankfully, I found a Kendra Scott jewelry store across the street. The employees at Kendra Scott were so nice, they treated me with respect and they provided excellent customer service. Gorjana, you missed out on an $800 sale from me! You should train your employees on how to provide excellent customer service.
