I bought a lovely shirt several weeks ago with several other items, but it was more of a 'fall' shirt so I didn't put it on for the first time until yesterday. It looked fine on the hanger, but when I put it on, you could see several large probably oil stains all over the front of the shirt. I only paid $3.50 for it (now I know why) and asked if I could have a store credit, but the clerk said "ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS" -- even though they sold me a faulty garment. I often donate there and buy several things a year there, too, but they really should change the policy, even though it says right on the ticket: "You may re-donate your item for a tax deductible receipt," but that was not offered to me either. However, my last visit was extremely disappointing. The staff has all changed. The dressing room was full of clothes not put away and the woman behind the counter was the new manager and although very pleasant was doing nothing to fix up the messy store. I also noticed the handbags no longer contained filler to help the stand up so all the ags were laying down on the high overhead shelves. My hope is that this store does not turn into a thrift shop and remains the boutique it's meant to...
