I had eyelid & nose surgery done by Charles Lee. I asked for a slight increase in eyelid crease & smaller nostrils (wanted a simple, natural look & quick healing time since I only had about 2 weeks off). I ended up with uneven eyelids that were twice the size that I requested for & a nosetip implant (I DID NOT want any implants at all)! Dr. Lee said that I had to be patient to allow enough healing time to see the TRUE results & that there would be NO scars at all. I had my surgery since 11/2/2014 & I still have uneven eyelids with scars around the inner eye corners, a nosetip that sticks out, & a huge scar in between my nostrils. My nose still hurts after exercising. I was obviously unhappy with the results & requested that Dr. Lee do a revision for both eyelid & nose surgery. He told me to find a another doctor & just tried to get rid of me, but I was persistent so he agreed to do a revision only for the nose. He said that he did his best for the eyelid surgery so he couldn't do anything better. But before he could do a revision, he said that I have to wait 18 months and also pay $1,000 for anesthesia. His employee (Sasha) also asked me to remove my negative review on Yelp in order for me to get further assistance from them. Now I know why there are mostly good reviews on Yelp about Dr. Lee. I paid $3,500 for eyelid surgery & $6,500 for nose surgery (with 3% discount since I paid cash all at once). Now you want MORE MONEY after you disfigured my eyes & nose??!! The price he charges are much higher than other surgeons for the simple, natural, quick healing surgeries that I requested. I paid those prices hoping for quality, but all I got was quantity (just lots of unnecessary cutting). Life has been nothing, but hell. I get nasty, disgusted stares at work & in public as if I'm a monster. I've been wanting to repost my review for so long, but I didn't want Dr. Lee to deny my nose revision so I have been keeping quiet until now. I only have one face that I have to live with and I DO NOT want to let Dr. Lee come near it again. I know that I will have to take more time off from work and spend more money on getting revision surgeries for my eyes & nose , but it's worth it because I want my life back. I want to look normal again and to feel like a human being again. I regret not reading the pre-op papers before signing them in a rush. My surgery was at 7 in the morning & I had to drive 2 hours from out of town so I just signed everything. When you're one of the unfortunate patients like me, you don't receive any care after your surgery. They don't call you to ask how you're doing or anything like that. They don't even want to pick up on your calls unless you keep calling them. For those who are considering getting eyelid/nose surgery, please do your research so you can avoid what I'm going through. If you are Asian and looking to get your nose done.. LOOK NO FURTHER!! Dr. Lee is an excellent surgeon and does phenomenal work. This was my first procedure I have ever done on myself so I did a lot of research and was very nervous to go through with this. Ultimately, it was between him and Dr. Yoo. I am SO happy I chose to go with Dr. Lee. He is more experienced and I believe he yields better, natural looking results. I flew all the way to CA to see him. He is worth every penny! I recommend you do your research and know exactly what you want done. Be very specific and ask questions. Just note, he does not overshare his knowledge and he is very busy. I did feel rushed during my consults but don't let that affect your decision. Dr. Lee knows what he is doing and is very skilled. Him and his staff are very professional.

The staff at enhance medical are very friendly. They are quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Shoutout to Angela who scheduled my surgery while she was on vacation! The facility is very clean and welcoming.

It has been only been 1 1/2 month post op and I LOVE MY NEW NOSE. My confidence has sky rocketed. It fits & enhances my face while still preserving my Asian features (this was very important to me). Generally, it takes 12-18 months for the nose to heal but by week 3 I was so so so happy with my nose already. Post op pain for my nose was minimal. I had more pain on the rib incision. This pain went away after 1 1/2 week.

If this review reaches anyone, just know I was in your place before. I was very nervous to do this in fears of ruining my face but I can confidently say you are in GREAT hands here. I am in love with my new nose and so grateful I chose Dr. Lee and Enhance!! If I needed to, I would do it all over again!

I saw Dr. Lee for a rib graft rhinoplasty, and I had a great experience. I initially had functional issues with my nose--I had a widened septum and very little cartilage structure, which made it difficult to breathe through my nose. My ENT recommended a rib graft rhinoplasty. I researched a few different surgeons, but I was ultimately drawn to Dr. Lee's work because of how natural yet impactful his results looked. I flew in from Arizona, and the entire process went smoothly. My surgery went well, and the recovery was mild compared to previous surgeries I've had. It really wasn't too bad at all. I had minimal bruising and some swelling within the first week, but by week two, I felt back to normal! I'm now officially three weeks post-op, and I absolutely love my results. I can breathe so much better, and aesthetically, my nose looks amazing.Dr. Lee has also taken the time to see me for follow-ups to make sure everything is healing properly. He truly is a surgeon who cares. I know pricing is something a lot of people consider, and to be honest, I think his pricing is very fair for the amount of time and attention he gives to each patient--before, during, and after surgery. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone looking for a functional and aesthetic rib graft rhinoplasty!
