I visited Dr. Ourian for a touch-up before my birthday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. He had done a full face refresh for me two years ago, which I absolutely loved, so I trusted him to work his magic again. Even though I only had my jawline done this time, the results were stunning. His eye for detail is impeccable, and he enhances natural beauty in a way that looks effortless and proportionate.
While Dr. Ourian is expensive, he's definitely worth it. I was thrilled to learn they offer generous discounts for touch-ups, though I missed out because I didn't realize it had to be within a year. Note to self: next time, I'll stay on top of it!
The entire experience is luxurious. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered. The valet at the back alley entrance makes things easy, and the office itself is gorgeous. Dr. Ourian even has his own candle and skincare line, with minimalist packaging that reminds me of Tom Ford or Skyn by Kim K. During my consultation, Dione was the sweetest--she patiently helped me refine my goals, and her kindness really stood out.
While waiting, I was offered coffee, tea, and the most delicious cookies (seriously, I need to know where they get them!). They also have a great menu with healthy options-- I usually get their Caesar salad, which is fresh and flavorful.
Dr. Ourian is incredibly busy, so I always plan to spend a big part of my day there. But once he starts, he works quickly while maintaining his meticulous approach. A fun fact: he's also a sculptor, which speaks volumes about his artistic eye.
After my touch-up, I was nervous because of the swelling--it was more than I expected. The staff reassured me this was normal, and they were right. The swelling went down within hours, and by the end of the week, the results were phenomenal. I've never felt more confident! My face looked beautifully sculpted, balanced, and symmetrical--people even complimented how great it looked.
Dr. Ourian has set the standard so high that I can't imagine going anywhere else. I couldn't do the full refresh this year due to my budget, but I'm manifesting that I'll be back next year when my business takes off!
While I do have other injectors I trust and appreciate, Dr. Ourian’s work always stands out. His skill, attention to detail, and ability to enhance natural beauty are unmatched. Even though the wait time during my full face refresh was longer and I had to plan a big part of my day, the last couple of visits have been much quicker. For example, today I was in and out in less than an hour. He consistently sets a high standard, and I’m looking forward to coming back for...
Read moreExtremely Disappointed with My Experience at Epione
I received the CoolLaser treatment at Epione in 2023, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I expected personalized care and follow-through, but what I got was confusion, neglect, and zero accountability—especially from Nurse Holland.
From the beginning, there was a clear lack of organization. No one took before photos of my face, which is a standard step in most reputable aesthetic practices. While the creams they provided post-treatment were initially effective (my skin did glow for a little while, 1 month), my experience turned negative quickly after I became pregnant.
I informed the clinic right away, and the nurse told me to discontinue the creams—fair enough, it was in the guidelines. But when I asked how to store them, whether I could resume using them after breastfeeding, or what alternatives I could use during pregnancy, I was met with silence or vague non-answers. Nurse Holland, in particular, was completely unresponsive and showed zero initiative to provide guidance or support. It felt like she either didn’t know or didn’t care—and frankly, I’m not sure which is worse.
For two years, those creams sat unused while I waited to resume them after pregnancy and nursing. Once I was ready, I sent photos of the products and asked for clear instructions on what to do next. Instead, I was sent a copy-paste reply outlining usage instructions for the first two weeks post-treatment—something that made no sense given the time that had passed. When I reminded them that my procedure was two years ago, the response was simply, “You’ll need to book another appointment.”
I even forwarded the message to Dr. Ourian himself—no reply.
I’m left feeling ignored and deeply frustrated. I wasn’t asking for free services or a miracle fix. I simply wanted basic professional guidance from a place I trusted with my skin and my money.
Speaking of money, I spent $7,000 on the CoolLaser treatment, and I honestly don’t see any results. My mother spent $25,000 on Botox, fillers, and laser—her face looks the same. She was so disappointed she said she would’ve preferred a facelift.
At this point, I believe Epione cares more about revenue than results. I waited two years to feel differently. I don’t.
I wanted to believe in their work, and I even considered returning—but based on their complete lack of follow-up or care, it’s clear to me that once they’ve charged your card, you’re...
Read moreThis is a review coming from a client with real skin issues and not one of many who start off with wonderful skin and are coming to Epione for enhancements. I’ve followed Dr. Ourian on Instagram for around 7+ years. Anyone can publicly see his posts and see the details given on treatments such as Coolaser skin resurfacing/injections for dark circles. Dark circles filler is meant to last 1-5 years, coolaser skin resurfacing says permanent. I have extreme dark circles since I was young and suffer with scarred skin on my face from hormonal acne. Over the years, I saved $15,000 because it was a goal of mine to go to Dr. Ourian and try to better my issues. I got coolaser for the skin, blue light therapy and then filler for the dark circles.
During my first visit, the doctor was focusing on making sure my face was “parallel and proportionate” with the filler and started injecting most of my left cheek because he stated it was very flat since I sleep on it- when I specifically came there to get rid of my dark circles. I flew in from New York for this. After complaining, they had me fly back, another ticket purchased, where he then reinjected under my eyes. It’s been 4+ months and I’ve had no improvement, not even the slightest, in both my under eye dark circles or my skin. I never expected such a high end place to completely fail me and be a waste of my money.
When I came back for the second appointment where they injected under my eyes, I mentioned how my skin scarring is still there, I was advised it takes a few months and to wait it out but that if I wanted to do additional treatments it would cost again. Meanwhile the original coolaser treatment I did, did not work at all. From October 2021 to now February 2022, $15,000 down and the same exact skin and dark circles. I’m upset and disappointed that I’ve had zero results and my hard earned money is completely down the drain. This place is meant to be the best of the best hence why celebrities go there but sadly, I basically feel like I threw my money in the garbage.
The positive: the office is beautiful, the staff is kind and you are treated amazing when you come in, it’s the least they can do when they’re charging for their “name” rather than the actual...
