I had a terrible time here. The restaurant confirmed for my friend on the phone when she made the reservation that 9 people were allowed to book brunch. It was her birthday, and when we got there the management told us we were not allowed to eat the uno, dos, tres brunch we'd seen on Instagram because we were a group of 8. But that's specifically what she asked for when she booked it. Then, we spoke to a manager to try to clear up the confusion and we were punished with hostility and poor treatment the whole time. It's not our fault someone on the phone gave us bad information, they should have just honored it gracefully. The manager berated my friend on her birthday and told her the restaurant didn't owe us any favors and told us we were rude when all we were trying to do was eat the menu we were all looking forward to that we were originally told we could eat.

We probably should have just left then lol. Sadly, we were starving so we didn't.

We had a cocktail served with a bug in it and the staff weren't apologetic about, they took it back, but we didn't get the courteous "We so sorry about that! We'll take care of that right away" that's typical at a good restaurant when that happens.

I also had a bug in the cream that came with my coffee but I ended up just scooping it out because it was so hard to get help with the first bug drink and I desperately needed caffeine. They did make a new drink to replace the bug drink, but it took 20 minutes. Both bugs were fruit flies so I suspect the kitchen here has a fruit fly infestation.

We also had a hard time getting any coffee refills.

After our food was served no one came back to ask how our dishes were. We had to flag down staff for everything.

My friend ordered a side of eggs, and we both love runny eggs, but these were poached eggs where many parts of the whites weren't cooked and there was still lots of water in the bowl. They looked pretty gross. The waiter said that was the only way the chef makes them and we weren't allowed to get other eggs. My friend also ordered waffles and they tasted like hay for some reason. They did end up taking the raw eggs and hay-flavored waffles off the check, that was nice.

Overall, everyone at the table was disappointed in the food. Even the best dishes at the table were just mediocre, most of forced it down due to hunger.

I think we could have looked over the food if the staff had just spoken to us with respect and kindness. Definitely a really odd and...

My recent dining experience at Salvone's Hideaway Restaurant on Rodeo Drive was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance that set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

First and foremost, Salvone's culinary offerings are a true delight. As a Mexican food enthusiast, I was thrilled to find that their menu boasted a wide variety of authentic dishes that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The flavors were vibrant and rich, showcasing the chef's utmost dedication to quality and traditional Mexican cuisine. Whether you're craving tacos bursting with flavor, tender and juicy steaks, or fresh and succulent fish, Salvone's has got you covered. Their guacamole chips were the perfect start to the meal, complementing the main courses beautifully.

Speaking of the main courses, the steaks at Salvone's are an absolute must-try. Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender and packed with deliciousness. The attention to detail in their preparation was evident, and the quality of the meat was top-notch. I can confidently say that Salvone's Hideaway Restaurant is a steak lover's paradise.

In addition to the delectable food, the service at Salvone's was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about ensuring that every guest had a memorable experience. From recommendations on the menu to accommodating special dietary requests, their commitment to customer satisfaction was commendable.

Furthermore, the location of Salvone's on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills adds an extra touch of elegance to the dining experience. The restaurant's chic and sophisticated decor, combined with its prime location, creates an atmosphere that is both trendy and comfortable.

Whether you're a local or a visitor to Beverly Hills, Salvone's Hideaway Restaurant is an absolute hidden gem that deserves to be discovered. The combination of mouthwatering Mexican cuisine, succulent steaks, and attentive service make it a standout dining destination. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in their culinary delights—you won't be disappointed!

Went here for Valentines day dinner and had a evening that was nothing short of amazing.

I want call our from the start how wounderful everyone who were here from the guest service in the front to any of the servers or staff was to my girlfriend and I. I especially want to give a big shout out to Drew our server. He was fantastic, very friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The food was great here but the staff like Drew made the experience for us.

Drew even listen to us talk about our previous experience of going out for a special occasion at a different restaurant Firefly in Studio city a few months before and having hands down one of the worst experience at a restaurant ever. He made a kind gesture and apologize for them. When I said oh you don't have to apologize for them he insisted he wanted to because they are a sister restaurant of theirs. More on that in a minute. Drew and I can stress this enough made our experience world-class. The staff, including management at Firefly whould have Drew teach them a master class on customer service and remind them that going to a restaurant is about the service as well as the food. You can't have one with out the other. Drew is a Dude. Hands down amazing.

I want to also shout out the manager who was kind enough to stop by our table and ask us how we our doing and also hear our story of what happen at Firefly. He went out of his way to make up for Firefly inability to deliver on their promise of amazing service or any service really. Go read my Google review for them if you want the whole story of what happen. But long story short the made my girlfriend birthday a nightmare. Emilio went out of his way to make our night and more importantly make my girlfriend night special by giving us a do over on her birthday. He should also teach the management at Firefly what their job is and how to effectively do it. Emilio like Drew were amazing to us. Please go here. I'm sure they will treat you like family like they did to us.

Thank you again Emilio(Manager), Drew(Server) and the rest of the amazing Staff at the Hideaway.

Ps. Firefly, you...
