I originally had a reservation with another agent that was set 2 months in advance. I had 7 people flying in from the east coast and 5 people driving down from NorCal to stay at a house in LA. Literally, 3 days before we are supposed to fly in, the agent called and said that the property owner needed the house and that he had to cancel our reservation. I started calling other agents ASAP. After scouring listings, I came across the nightfall group and was put in contact with Chafik. He was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and was very honest and trustworthy (very rare in this industry). We ended up booking the listing on Thursday night for a Friday checkin! The house was amazing, clean and very modern. In the future I will contact this group directly before going through any 3rd party apps (vrbo airbnb). The place we stayed was clean. The staff at Nightfall Group are quite resourceful. We had a great time and accomplished many many things

When we check into the Beautiful House it was almost effortless, and we talked to the Host who was very responsive and gave us some life changing locations and experiences in LOS ANGELES we never even thought about doing. We was joking with the Host almost every other day and we kept getting amazing suggestions and Historical Landmarks and well we talked a lot on the phone.

HaHaHaHa my family thought i was crazy until i took them too a secret hidden Beach by Malibu. Once again suggested by the Host.

Next time I'm going to really highly consider the high end car rentals, if my Wife allows it or doesn't notice until I Pick her...
