The quality of care and service you will receive from the staff at Smile Boutique is priceless. Like any major procedure, the process of getting veneers was unknown to me. Upon reviewing different cosmetic dentists,  I was convinced to proceed with Smile Boutique because of the reviews and quality of work they presented on their site; this was the best decision I made. From the beginning,  the receptionist team answered the majority of my questions and invited me offer for a free consultation. When I arrived,  everyone was very warm and made me feel at ease.  During my consultation,  the dental assistants were very thorough in explaining the next steps and each process.  Dr. Stan was very kind and collaborative to hear what I had in mind for my veneers.   He presented various options such as shades and sizes that would fit best to my face/skin tone.  After this,  I met with Olga, who shared various options in financing and was successful in getting me a payment plan that best fit me. The second and third visit consisted of a deep cleaning and fitting of my temporary veneers.  When I'm talking about perfectionism, Dr. Stan and his team take this very seriously. Using the latest technology that I hadn't seen,  Dr. Stan and his team reviewed the temporary work and ensured all the measurements and alignment were perfected before ordering the final product.  This level of attention to detail is what you want! This is how you know that Smile Boutique takes PRIDE in what they deliver and work to ensure you are happy with your investment! After having temporary veneers for 2 weeks, I was scheduled for the final placement! I was nervous but the receptionist team was very reassuring that I would be very happy with my results! And they were right! It has been a week since I had my veneers cemented and I am very pleased with my results! Pain has been very minimal and the team at Smile Boutique has been consistently checking up on me to ensures everything is going great. Needing a lot of dental work is never a fun experience. It is costly, time consuming and usually painful and uncomfortable. Smile Boutique (Dr. Joseph Stan) was my 3rd opinion/assessment of work that needed to be done and all of them said the same processes needed to be done. Smile Boutique was $3-4k more expensive than the others and required all payment upfront. As Dr.Stan did his analysis and Rosh went through all of the costs, as costly as it was, there was a sense of calm and honesty. Once Joseph started the procedures he found a couple of other issues that he needed repair and corrected them. Rosh moved on, they got a new office manager, there was an issue with billing and insurance, a couple additional charges that were errors in transfer, things that may make people wonder why i would give 5 stars? (the errors we discussed and all was corrected)

i have family who are dentists, numerous people who have worked in the dentistry field and all of them function under an eye of scrutiny and suspect. i think people forget that at the end of the day that most of them are only trying to help and correct the issues their patient is suffering and to make that suffering as minimal as possible. First and foremost, Dr Stan cares about his patients. His office and his team care about his patients. Dr Stan is highly skilled, has years of experience, and i truly believe only wants to utilize all of that for the best of his patients. Joseph (Dr. Stan) consistent answer to my many questions and concerns has always been, "we want you to be happy and we will always make it right". The office is sometimes busy and sometimes chaotic. At times there are so many people in various rooms it feels like a dental school, a school of very qualified and very vested professionals who only want what is best for you. The work is expensive. I just had my oral surgery Yesterday May 21st with Dr.Saha and let me say I am beyond impressed! I Don’t have too much anxiety for going to the dentist as I’ve always gone as a child but I called to make an appointment with Marianna May 20th in excruciating pain and was able to be squeezed in she was the absolute sweetest! I got to my appointment an hour early and they communicated with me the whole way! I got my scan done by Laverne who was so patient with me and my wisdom tooth pain(which I found out was infected bad) she didn’t force me or give me attitude when doing my X rays and scans she was super nice and patient which is great for people who have bad anxiety! Before anything was done I was told pricing Upfront after the doctor saw me with the Manager Roscha she explained everything to me and payment options no hidden fees or anything what was said is what was charged and I love places who are very upfront and also give options, she also called me the day after surgery answering all 10 of my questions lol! Lastly my Surgeon Dr.Saha was the absolute best! I’ve only been living in LA for about a month and I’m sure they know my whole life story I was so comfortable I was just blabbering away even with the pain! He explained all the risk explained my issues completely so I was not confused at all he also let me make my choice and gave me multiple treatment options to chose from. He also had a very nice assistant Nellie who was in the operating room with me and took my nerves away with our conversation which is more appreciated than she will ever know!
