I am utterly appalled by the treatment my friend and I received at this so-called high-end coffee shop. Not only did we purchase coffee here, but when we needed to use the bathroom, they had the audacity to demand our receipt as proof. How dare they stoop so low and treat their customers in such a degrading manner! It is beyond belief that a supposedly upscale establishment would require patrons to keep their receipts just to use the bathroom. This is an outrageous display of cheapness and a complete disregard for customer service. Furthermore, the exorbitant prices they charge for their coffee only add insult to injury. I demand that this coffee shop take immediate action to rectify their poor customer service and rethink their absurd policies.

Read moreOrder a ridiculously overpriced priced panini to go with avocado for an additional $5.00. Went to work and saw there was no avocado. Went back the next day to place another order and explained what happen the day previous and asked for a make-good on the avocado in my new order.
The cashier accused me of trying to get free food. Took me through hoops even though I showed the cc charge. They very seriously told me they couldn’t find the transaction in their system and refused my make-good request.
That basic level of customer service is devoid. The accusations were unacceptable. The refusal on their part over a side of avocado was ridiculous and extremely petty.
I will never support this business and letting all my community members know. If this were a chain they would have not hesitated to accommodate such a small request and definitely would not have thrown accusations out. The owner/manager was the main culprit here. When our orders were ready, two different waitresses came to us and dropped the plates in front of us.
