If I could give more stars I would for Dr. Jason V. Kboudi’s office. I met Dr. Kboudi when he was at another office. I went to see him to get a temporary implant tightened that was coming loose and to talk to him about my poorly done implants. I went to the right place. Dr Kboudi was knowledgeable, empathetic, and confident, which was so important to me at the time as I was lacking confidence in any dentist at that point. He fixed my temporary loose implants and I was good for many months as I had to get braces and prepare to redo my poorly done implants. In the meantime, Dr. Kboudi opened his own practice called Beverly Hills Complete Dentistry. We reconnected as my temporary implant needed attention again and to talk about a treatment plan for redoing my implants, bleaching, bonding or veneers and the next steps after getting my braces off. Dr. Kboudi graciously helped me with one particular implant. I had my teeth cleaned, x- rays, and bleaching in office with a product called Opalessence. They became significantly whiter and continued to whiten the days that followed. We have many more visits ahead to get my bite and mouth back into health after having so much post damage from having such poor implant work done elsewhere. I am confident I found the right dentist office to help me rebuild my mouth. The brand new office is state of the art with the latest imagery equipment, one in particular called 3Shape, for precise work and comfort. The staff is very pleasant and reassuring and shares the same passion as Dr. Kboudi for helpful, precise personable, dentistry Sheree at the front desk, Jennifer who assists, Norina who cleaned my teeth and all of the people working behind the scene. Easiest 5 stars for a place that is nothing short of AMAZING. Let’s face it- we all dread going to the dentist. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in several years before seeing Dr. Kboudi and his team. I knew I had to get my teeth checked out so I hesitantly made an appointment here, hoping I wouldn’t be judged for not taking good care of my teeth.

Dr. Kboudi called me the day before I came in to ask if there was anything he should know about me before I came in or if there were any questions I had or accommodations I’d want. Speaking with him before my appointment was such a huge relief. He calmed my anxiety and assured me that if there was anything that made me scared or uncomfortable, he’d stop right away.

When I came in the next day, I felt so welcomed. The woman at the front desk (I believe her name is Sherie) was so kind, understanding, and patient. The entire team was wonderful and friendly. The reassurance they gave me before I got into the chair wasn’t just talk - they held up to everything they said (giving me breaks, stopping when I was uncomfortable or scared, etc.)

Not only is the office beautiful and in a great location (and might I add- has good parking too!), but the staff themselves are fabulous. I really can’t believe that I’m able to say that I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. In fact, I’m looking forward to going back because the staff are all so fun! (Special shout out to the dental hygienist, Norina, for successfully making me laugh as she was cleaning my teeth!)

I had a very disappointing experience at this dentist office. My previous Dentist had merged their businesses together so that’s how I became a client of Beverly Hills Complete Dentistry. I scheduled my appointment for a simple teeth cleaning. The young lady (hygienist) who was to perform the service was extremely talkative and clearly had a mission she was looking to accomplish. I could barely get a word in as she was directing me to everything I needed without even looking inside my mouth. (No X-rays) She was so determined to get her way and made that point very clear. I quickly became annoyed with her and the entire ridiculous process. The hygienist spent more time trying to upsell me on the services then listen to my needs. I tried to be as nice as possible and explained that I wasn’t interested in any “upselling”, all I wanted was to have my teeth cleaned. She wasn’t having it… She got nasty walked out of the room, pouted, and then came back and proceeded to start another argument with me…. Next, the Dentist came in to understand what was happening. I politely let him know how disappointed I was with the hygienist and her lack of customer service skills. She wanted it her way and made it clear there was no other option. I found the entire experience insulting and quite unprofessional. Sadly, I did stay and let her clean my teeth…. Horrible waste of time as she did a lousy job.
