XIV Karats is - dare I say - my absolute favorite store in the entire world - all of my family and friends can attest to this. And whenever someone tells me they are going to LA - I tell them they MUST go to XIV Karats. Of course - part of me wants to keep this "secret" but then again I think everyone deserves to rock gold and diamonds ;) !!!!

I've shopped for diamonds and gold in India, Dubai - you name it - NOTHING beats the quality, prices and customer service that you get at XIV Karats.

I live in Boston but come to LA 1-2x per year and XIV Karats is always my TOP priority. I have ALWAYS been treated with amazing respect and more importantly PATIENCE as a customer. There have been times where I've taken 3 hours to make a decision - and the sales associate was patient and kind and offered me her advice and honest opinions. I've worked with Caryn, Rachel, Jasmine and probably every one else but I'm blanking on other names. My mom and I, own many pieces from XIV Karats and whenever I bring a piece to my local family jeweler to get cleaned they always compliment the quality!!!

I have worn some of my diamond rings from here almost every day for 5+ years and I have NEVER had an issue with quality. But it IS worth saying that it is NORMAL for pave diamonds to pop out over the years as this rarely has to do with quality and more has to do with normal wear and tear of jewelry. I've only had one teeny tiny pave stone pop out out of all my rings from here and I got it fixed without issue - again this is not about QUALITY this is about normal wear and tear.

Currently - Caryn is helping me design a custom necklace and she has been SO responsive and SO dedicated to getting the necklace to be PERFECTION. Her attention to detail makes me feel so taken care of an supported as a customer. I know this place deals with celebrities all the time - so when I first came here I wasn't sure how I would be treated - but I can honestly tell you that they treat EVERYONE the exact same.

Here's the thing you guys - sometimes this store gets busy and each sales associate gives their un-divided attention to EACH customer (this is part of the magic here) - it's not that you are being ignored - it's just that they are being respectful of the client they are working with AND they will do the same for you when one of them is free.

Trust me you guys - I have shown up here looking cute and I have shown up here in gym shorts and sneakers looking like a schlep - I have never ever been treated differently.

You will NOT be disappointed if you shop here - again XIV Karats has the best prices, quality and customer service out of ANY jewelry store out there. I can't wait to come back next month to start looking for my wedding jewelry! Thank you XIV Karats for being my favorite store...

I don't even know where to start. To make a long story short, After 44 years of marriage, I went to the jewelry district (trying to stay in a tight budget) and purchased a new setting which was beautiful but after having my band soldered to my new setting It no lingered shined and the diamonds were dark and dull. I was in tears for days. I took my ring to XIV Karats at the urging of a friend. Bruce discovered they had burned dirt onto my diamonds when the jeweler soldered my band on. He spent so much time with us cleaning and working on my ring. He afforded us the same amount of time and attention as if we were there to spend millions. He never charged us a dime and they still have my ring and are trying to continue to clean the setting. He was so kind and caring and brutally honest which I loved and not once tried to sell me a new ring which he knew we couldn't afford! He restored my faith in humanity. His staff was very kind as well and wanted to make sure we were taken care of! I came home and cried, not because of my damaged ring but because I felt seen and heard and cared about for the first time ever in a place of business. Thank you XIV Karats! You do more than sell beautiful jewelry at amazing prices, you actually care...

They have very beautiful and unique pieces. I’m very picky and have a very particular taste, as I don’t like trendy jewelry. I like very elegant pieces, but modern and I find so many pieces that fit this description. The online pictures do not compare to how BEAUTIFUL their pieces are in person. I’m in awe that I can get REAL GOLD AND REAL DIAMONDS at the fraction of the cost. I found the same exact earrings/karats; I bought from Xiv, on Saks, by the Ef collection. It was DOUBLE the cost for the same exact earrings I ordered from Xiv. Their shipping time is reasonable and they get the orders shipped fast.
