I went in there with my husband and infant to buy my brother a gift card and foam roller. Was being basically watched the whole time by a young gentleman that works there because we were taking the car seat out of the carriage and re adjusting it. He must have thought we were stealing or doing something sneaky. By no means do we look like thieves. After dropping 140 dollars on my brother there on our way out he basically accuses us of stealing the foam roller asking in a rather rude way “can I ring that out for you” in front of everyone at the store. It was kind of embarrassing. I manage a pharmacy and have done retail last 13 years of my life and I would NEVER suggest anything like this without being 200% certain. If anything I would ask a colleague if it was rung out before opening my ignorant mouth. We were coming back to buy a pair for each of us, I will not be coming back here now. Bad customer service The lady I had to help me wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t have my size in two of the sneakers and the only sneaker they had in my size was too expensive for me. When she knew I wasn’t interested in the shoe because the price was too high she stopped helping me and disappeared. She was standing in the back. Finally after ten minutes she came out and went to the front desk. I went over to her to ask her what was the name of the other sneakers I could wear and she answered me very rudely. As if she was being bothered. She hardly helped me in the first place. She does work here, correct? She totally wasn’t interested in putting any effort into helping a customer when she knew I wasn’t buying the expensive sneaker they had in my size. Very rude and childish. Highly recommend the New England Running Company and Trail. They offer a Solid selection of running and trail shoes. The staff is very knowledgeable and offer great support in finding a good fitting shoe.

I had the pleasure of working with Jill at the running company. When shopping I always felt that my feedback and general comments were heard with each shoe I tried on. This helped me narrow down and eventually find a solid shoe that fit my needs.

Lastly, the shoe I took home over the course of a few weeks felt a bit too snug (as my feet were likely swelling from the summer heat at times) and the staff were happy to honor their 30 day return policy on running shoes only (with a restocking charge of $5.00).
