This has been my go to dispensary for the last several months...up until today. I had an absolutely terrible experience and interaction with a female employee who looked to be around middle age. After realizing it was cash only, I went to the ATM and took out $70. My total came to $60 and not knowing about the 20% tax rate in Beverly (because i'm not from there) I figured the total wouldn't be more than the $70 that I had. Turns out the total came to $72 flat, and after me offering to pick a new/less expensive product, the worker tells me "I can't just cut you slack" (when I had just offered to exhange the item-not for her to "cut me slack".) I managed to scrape together $71.70 with change and the very very kind employee working next to her clearly saw my frustration. She took out change from her own tip jar to help me pay for the remaining 20 cents. The entire interaction was surprisingly and unnecessarily rude as she continued to say things like "the tax rate is 20% so remember that next time" and when she thought it still wasn't enough to equal $72 and I questioned her, she said to me, "I think I can count pretty well". The overall attitude and incapability to be understanding and polite was astonishing. I walked out of there wanting to cry and do not plan on returning anytime soon. Thank you to the kind blond female worker who took money out of her own tip jar to help me. Just got four more strains from this place and they were all trash. I got there high terp weed and it has no taste. This place makes you not want to shop dispensary because the quality you get for price. The employees here are also real aggressive for a weed shop. I was verbally attacked by two of them for opening up the paper bag and looking at the other sealed bags of weed I just purchased. I told her I wasn't opening the weed and the other lady came and forced me to close the paper bag too. This is a red flag and I said the weed probably sucked if they are so worried about us opening it before we leave and rest assured it was trash 🗑.

Edit: to respond to the owner. I must have not wrote it in a way you could understand but the sealed bags remained sealed. I opened a paper bag that was not stapled just to read the sealed bags. Also I picked the high terpene and my friend chose the "tastiest" after he asked one of the reps. Both of us were disappointed. So I wouldn't go off of what they're employees say. If you want tips then insa is the best in area. 80 percent of there strains are flavorful and potent. There are cookie resellers in lynn for 45 an eighth amazing flavors. You need a complete rebrand.
