Went in to the Beverly, MA location for a warranty replacement because the touchscreen on my phone stopped working. The phone was otherwise in good shape. Initially staff placed the order for the warranty replacement and I received an email saying it was delivered to the store 4 days later. On arrival staff there refused to handle the replacement because the touchscreen didn't work (which was the reason for the replacement in the first place). They told me that the staff that initially processed the replacement was new and there was nothing they could do for me but tell me to go through insurance. We called T-Mobile customer service who said that the store was wrong but to try going through Asurion if the store was pushing back. Asurion also confirmed that the store was wrong but could selectively ignore rules as they are an authorized retailer and not a corporate run store. An employee who didn't even talk to me lied to Asurion saying the phone wouldn't turn on and was broken, the guy in the store I spoke to complimented me on my lock screen picture so he knew it worked. We ended up having to process the exact same warranty exchange through another location. I would strongly recommend going to a corporate run T-Mobile over these people if you have the choice. Super unhelpful. (Their employee Jeannelle was...

It was impossible to charge the phone, unless I charged wirelessly. One employee began waiting on me and said that this was not the first time that he had seen it and acknowledged that my phone was not wet etc. He looked up my account and tried to find a fix. Mike, the manager (?) jumped in and stated that my phone was damaged. I needed to contact Samsung. My Sprint insurance didn't cover anything and the best solution was to upgrade to the Galaxy 9 and pay between 215 and 440 dollars. I picked up my phone and decided to go elsewhere and thankfully I did. Once home I googled the problem and found an easy and free fix. My phone is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was having trouble with my phone rejecting calls. The gentleman on line was very helpful but couldn't complete the order since my phone was also rejecting text. I asked the man in the store to help figure out if it was a sprint thing or a Samsung Galaxy thing. He ignored questions and just continued to type. At one point I tried to make conversation since he told me he was vaccinated i asked if he did the lottery thing. That's when he started ranting about nobody will ever win that, it's just the government lying to you people like you. They will get someone who looks just like you to pretend he won. It only got worse from there. Maybe he's in the wrong line of work. Obviously I didn't get the phone from him but he got his personal...
