Not impressed with this place at all. Stingy, rude, unapologetic. First time here. Their payment machine stopped working and they made me wait (no exaggeration) 45 minutes. First for the owner to arrive, then once she arrived I waited until she got done with tech support because she wasn't sure if she charged me. She swiped my card twice and once she determined she charged me she said I could go. I called my cc company while there and realized she charged me twice! And at that point she didn't care, all she cared about was that she got HER money. I asked for a refund and she voided the transaction and I had to walk away "hoping" it worked. It wasn't until days later that the refund finally showed up after I called her twice more about it. She offered NO apology. Instead said something like "if it will make you happy, I will void the secind charge".. are you kidding me?? YES stingy lady, it WOULD make me happy if you did void one of the double charges that YOU swiped on my card in error. No sorry, no nothing.. Very rude and terrible custimer service. Not only that the actual nails were wavy, crooked, and filed diagonal nit straight .. not my spot. I will find somewhere else. The only "nice" thing about it was the clientelle, ladies getting their nails done there I could see being my friends, and I get the idea that's why people go there. I suggest the established clientelle find a new nail hangout place because this one seems to be rude...
Read moreI recently moved to Beverly and have been trying to find a good place to get my nails done. After visiting 5 different places, I can say that Kim’s Nails & Spa is definitely the best one out there. They do not rush the service, they care about ensuring you are satisfied with the manicure and pedicure you get. Pat (my nail technician) did an amazing job, best manicure I have ever gotten, she has such a high attention to detail. My nails look clean and fresh. If you are around the area, definitely do your nails here, you won’t regret it. The only thing to note is that the parking is a little hidden, you have to enter through the one way street before Kim’s nails or there is an entrance between two buildings that is easy to miss, but plenty of parking...
Read moreLove this place! Former owner AND the new owner, Sam. Everyone there is so sweet and meticulous! They are always so accommodating, I can always call and get an appointment within a half hour, weather they are busy or not! They always do a great job on my nails, they last a long time, they would probably last even longer if I didn’t have to do so many dishes and wash my hands so much (being a nurse) they’d probably last over 2 weeks!!! Highly recommend, for cleanliness, quality, and...
