If I could give a negative star I would because this one star rating is too high for this store. If you are at all concerned about food allergies or sensitivities this is not the place to eat. I ordered a salad, gluten free, never was asked if I wanted a drink and the cashier rang me up quickly, so much for me adding the drink. The salad had croutons and bread in the bag. When I mentioned "Gluten Free" they said it was gluten free. The person making the food obviously had no idea what she is doing. I did ask for my money back, this is not a place that demonstrated they can be trusted with anyone health and I no longer have faith that I will get a clean salad. I told the cashier refunding my transaction that I would like to speak to the manager and she acknowledged my request and walked off in the other direction away from the manager. I flagged down the manager, he listened and apologized and that was it. No effort or offer on his part to try to appease a dissatisfied customer with a coupon on anything. I understand restaurants are struggling due to the Covid but if staff is not at all concerned with food allergies they should not be working in the business. This is also...
Read moreI have mixed feelings about this Panara bread, some days they're great and then others they're just high af on something. On the days they're good, orders are quick and easy, with minimal wait. The days they're bad you're legit waiting half an hour, the food gets made half assed, and ordering from the cashier is more of a feat then driving there. Most recently they've been great, however I just came in and some girl that works there kept hovering over my shoulder and around me when I was ordering from the kiosk. I'm sorry, but if it were any other day I'd have told her to get the hell away from me. I'm young, the last thing I'm gonna have is trouble using a simple touch screen that someone coded up in less than an hour. Like chilllll, and go do something useful with your time; maybe clean some tables and loose some weight at the...
Read moreIâve been coming to this Panera every Sunday and always order the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. My wife usually gets the half Ciabatta with a half salad. This time, they were out of ciabatta bread and asked me to switch to a bagel. I agreed, even though it wasnât my first choice.
When we got our food, I noticed my full sandwich on a bagel was the same size as my wifeâs half sandwich and we both paid around $14. I asked the staff about it, and they said they added extra meat to mine to make up for it. But when we opened both sandwiches, the meat portions looked exactly the same.
Very disappointing experience. If youâre going to substitute a smaller bread, at least adjust the portion or price. Iâve been a loyal customer for a long time, but I wonât be returning to this...
